Lovely location, responsive management company

The location of this property is excellent, the views are great and it is easy to access shops and restaurants. The unit was a good size and slightly larger than I had anticipated. It was comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms need some updating. One of the showers needed repair whilst we were there and when it did work it flooded easily! It needs some work. The back door was broken so needed careful handling. The outside space was nice but needs some TLC. There are some loose tiles making this unsuitable for young children. There was an umbrella but it was broken (corroded base so the pole doesn't fit in). Better to remove it than leave it there unusable?! There was also a random bracket sat on the outside seating which I just put down in the corner. That was fine but made me feel like there wasn't a great deal of effort preparing the space for paying guests. The pool area was lovely and generally vibe of the community really relaxed and pleasant. Caribsol (the property management) were excellent, very attentive and helpful.

Loved the view & location. Near all local resturants a 2 min walk away & boardwalk right next to the villa, staff all very friendly when we went into office to book again, cant wait to go back The bathroom needs updating & kitchen area . The outside patio tiles missing , just needs a bit of TLC. Office not open in winter month at weekend, we needed a safe key so had to wait till monday when office opened up,not a problem but little things.

Ganz nett hier

Da wir Sonntags angereist sind, war der Check in etwas holprig. Es wäre schön gewesen jemand hätte uns gezeigt wie alles funktioniert. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet aber die Möbel sind zum Teil etwas herunter gekommen und ungepflegt. Die Küche war nicht gut gereinigt. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und die ersten vier Tage hat die Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert. Caribasol hat sich schnellstmöglich um alles gekümmert. Trotzdem ärgerlich. Die Wohnanlage und der Pool sind sehr gelegt.

Just love this place literally nothing to do except listen to the waves and soak up the sun Take some good books wander up the hill for a pint at lunch time or walk along the broad walk to a beachfront restaurant . The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful go out of their way to get things right from booking you a taxi to helping sort out forms well done to them We have used this place for many years that says it all

Très chouette séjour

Cette maison en 1ère ligne est un peu "dans son jus", côté déco, mais néanmoins, très agréable et fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. La vue sur la mer est imprenable. La plage devant la maison est sympa mais attention aux oursins... ne pas oublier ses chaussures de plage!

Lovely Villa, Great Views

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa, the views are amazing, the grounds are well kept and the pool is a very good size. You are right on the prominard to go walking in the morning and then for a coffee at Dona Lola, the villa was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed right down to a potato peeler! I would highly recommend this villa for a stay, great location, excellent views and very comfortable. Highly Recommended 5 stars
