In the heart of the Dordogne, in a small, very quiet village, this old water mill, witness to the Périgord past, in stone and old beams, nestles in a large 2 ha park planted with trees, crossed by two streams.
The house has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 120 cm, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC inside and 1 bathroom with shower and WC "outside", 1 kitchen and a large living-dining room with fireplace. Two terraces, one with barbecue, overlooking the reach.
Small shops, doctor, post office at 3 km.
