About this property
Self-catering cottage on family estate
In a relaxing setting, we are happy to welcome you in the former carriage house of our house located in the Périgord Blanc in the middle of pine forests in a small village of 100 inhabitants. You have your own entrance.
The 100m² gîte, entirely renovated in 2023, is organized around a large 50m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge with sofas for lounging. Separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 80cm single beds forming a double bed or twin beds as required, then a large shower room with walk-in shower and WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the rooms you can see the village's listed chapel.
There's a private garden with garden furniture and deckchairs for lounging. There's also a shared swimming pool (which we rarely use) for sunbathing. To recharge your batteries, you can set off from the house for a hike or bike ride through the pine forests. Ideal for a couple with friends wishing to visit the Dordogne, its castles, cellars, oil mills and even caviar production... Bed linen and towels provided (except pool towels). Taxes and cleaning included. 3-4-5 day stays possible outside the summer season.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

It was a very quiet location in a lovely village. The conversion was very well done and equipped. The only complaint was it got a little cold in the evenings, but the weather was cold.
Would stay again.
Very modern but still gosy.
Good kitchen, living room and upstairs very good bathroom and 2 sleeping-rooms.
Only wifi missing but with 4G looking EK '24 was possible.
