This 1-room apartment is situated on the 1st floor and is 24 m2 in size. The apartment comes with practical furnishings that include a living/sleeping room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The living/sleeping room has a bed that is 80 cm in size, a double sofabed, a dining table, and satellite TV. The kitchenette comes equipped with 4 gas rings. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and toilet.

The apartment does not have a heating option. However, it does come with a balcony that has balcony furniture and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The facilities available in the apartment are a safe and a baby cot for up to 2 year olds. There is also reserved parking available for 1 car.
