LIDA HOUSE three-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location

Recently renovated apartment with beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea on the top floor of a villa on 2 floors surrounded by greenery 5 minutes walk from the beach of Nisportino.
The apartment has a completely new, fresh and unique decor that makes the house a relaxing and welcoming place to spend your holidays.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom (both with French doors which lead directly to the terrace), a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined into a double bed on request) and a large bathroom with shower and window.
The large private terrace is where you will spend most of your time, eating outdoors and enjoying the wonderful view of the sea and sunsets with the background of the Island of Capraia.

The greatest place to be

We loved Casa Lida. I we where 3 people including our daughter how is 5 so when we came home we cooked and enjoyed the balcony. Umberto are so sweet and helpful. Enjoyed the place and good equipment kitchen and bathroom and the balcony and sunset 🌅wire are amazing. Highly recommended

Ruhige Lage-schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig und ausreichend möbliert- die Terrasse super. Leider war keine elektr. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden-nur eine frz. Kaffeepresse. Auch fehlte der Backofen. Nisportino ist wirklich klein. Die Strassen dorthin eng und gespickt mit Schlaglöchern. Einkaufen war nervig. Der Strand war ok. aber für den Weg in die Wohnung braucht man zu Fuss gute Kondition.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf der Insel verbracht. Unterkunft und Vermieter waren klasse. Umberto und seine Frau haben sich sehr bemüht. Mit Googel klappte die Kommunikation bestens.

Fazit

Umberto war ein sehr netter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er wohnte direkt nebenan und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr schön. Ein Kritikpunkt: das Kinderzimmer war sehr klein und hatte leider keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator. Außerdem habe ich einen Backofen vermisst. Nisportino liegt sehr weit außerhalb. Das heißt man muss immer viel fahren. Zum Steinstrand muss man ca. 600m steil bergab laufen. und und hatte keine Klimaanlage

Am Anfang für Interessenten - Vermieter Umberto und Marzia sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor der Anreise von Umberto alle wichtigen Informationen über einkaufen und Anfahrt erhalten. Super nette Begrüßung durch Umberto. Bei jeder Begegnung immer ein freundliches Blick und freundliches Wort übrig. Wohnung groß, nicht abgewohnt, mit super Terrasse die von früh bis spät zur Entspannung einlädt. Super Ausblick. Objekt sehr sauber und anliegende Wohnungen auf dem Anwesen sehr schön anzusehen. Wir haben Ruhe gebraucht und waren hier genau richtig. Strand super, eher klein, dafür familiär. Unkomplizierte Autofahrt abends in die anderen Hafenstädte um zu entspannenden und zu essen. Wir fahren wieder auch Elba nach Nisportino. Birgit und Thomas

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Lida sehr genossen. Nach einer Woche Kultur-Trip in Florenz und Siena haben wir uns über die Ruhe in Nisportino gefreut und jede freie Minute auf der sensationellen Terrasse mit Meerblick verbracht. Umberto ist ein aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt auf Elba - daher freuen wir uns besonders über den Volltreffer bei der Unterkunfts-Wahl.

Sommer 2022

Wer sich die Bilder des Inserats anschaut, wird sicherlich schon begeistert sein und große Erwartungen haben. Diese werden keinesfalls enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil: die Terrasse bzw. der Blick auf Tal, Bucht und Meer übertrifft alle Erwartungen und wenn dann noch die Sonne untergeht, wird man die Terrasse nie mehr verlassen wollen. Umberto ist als Vermieter vorab und vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und offen für alles. Uns hat er kurzfristig z.B. noch eine weitere Wohnung direkt gegenüber organisiert, so dass wir in erweiterter Runde unsere Urlaubstage an diesem schönen Ort verbringen konnten. Toll! Wer Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer mit Hütchen, Schühchen, Täschchen promenieren möchte ist nicht ganz so gut aufgehoben, denn der Weg in dieses Kleinod will erfahren sein. Für uns der ideale Ort, um abzuschalten, nachdem wir eine Woche vorher Toskana und Rom besichtigt hatten. Ein Ort zum Verlieben und zum Verweilen! Auf der Terrasse und mit diesem Blick wird das Leben ganz leicht.

Einfach nur Wow!

Top Lage, extrem nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter - Umberto sprich zwar nur Italienisch aber seine Frau versteht vieles. Er zeigte viel Humor und Geduld mit mir und meiner Übersetzungs-App :-)!!! Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind einzigartig, sie Wohnung ist modern, schön und die Ausstattung passt. Wir waren als Familie dort und würden sofort wieder buchen! Danke Euch beiden!

Fewo mit Traumaussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine supertolle Terrasse mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Was zu beachten ist, dass es in Nisportino keinen Laden gibt und der Ort sehr abgelegen ist. Um zum nächsten größeren Ort zu gelangen oder zu einem Sandstrand muss man auf kleinen, bergigen Sträßchen relativ lange fahren (nach Rio Marina ca. 20-25 Minuten. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Fahrerei nicht scheut, der ist aber hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt oben am Berg, man kann zum Strand runterlaufen (ca. 5-10 Minuten Gehzeit). Der Strand ist in Ordnung (Kies/Sand-Gemisch), wobei es schönere Strände auf Elba gibt - dafür ist hier nicht viel los. Toll zum Sitzen am Abend und superlecker ist das Restaurant am Strand.

Wunderbares Appartement mit ruhigem Ambiente

Sehr sauberes und aufgeräumtes Appartement. Wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl und heimisch. Liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Eck von Elba und ist perfekt für Abende auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick und Sonnenuntergang.

Wunderschöne entspannte Woche

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Das tollste ist die große Veranda. Wir hatten sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Der Strand ist 500 Meter entfernt. Die Bucht ist etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es hier ruhiger als Andernorts. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Grazie Umberto!!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit wundervollem Blick von der

Wer Ruhe sucht und vor und nach dem Ausflügen gerne auf der riesigen Terrasse essen und relaxen will, ist hier genau richtig! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Badebucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, allerdings muss man auf dem Weg ins Wasser einige Kiessteine überwinden (ggf. Badeschuhe tragen). Auch das Restaurant können wir wärmstens empfehlen, sehr netter Service und tolle Meeresküche. Einziges Manko für uns, die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses :-( Von den Urlaubern im Untergeschoss haben wir einfach alles gehört, zudem klappern die Wasserleitungen bei jeder Benutzung. Zuerst dachten wir es werden Möbel gerückt, da die Geräusche in der Intensität kaum zuzuordnen waren. Es wäre schön, wenn sich hierfür eine Lösung findet! Ansonsten super!!!

Perfekt für Ruhesuchende

Das wunderschöne, frisch renovierte Haus liegt in einer einsamen Bucht und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Umberto bist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Für uns als junge Familie mit Baby war die Unterkunft perfekt. Ein Auto ist notwendig da Supermarkt und Restaurants nur im nächsten Ort erreichbar sind.

Bellissimo posto

E' stata una piacevole scoperta: l'isola d'Elba merita di essere visitata e nello specifico la localita' di Nisportino e' ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza all'insegna della natura e del relax .Mare e spiaggia con comodo parcheggio vicino. L'abitazione del proprietario Umberto, persona molto simpatica e disponibile, e' funzionale, fresca e arredata molto bene. Punto di forza la terrazza da cui si ammirano tramonti indimenticabili. Ideale sia per coppie sia per famiglie.

Sehr schön und nur zu empfehlen!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber mit viel Platz! Tolles Bad! Ein Traum : der riesige Balkon mit tollen Möbeln und gigantischem Ausblick. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Los ist in Nisportino nix, aber man fährt auf Elba sowieso ständig durch die Gegend um möglichst viel der traumhaften Insel zu sehen. Schön und ruhig die dazugehörige Bucht und super Essen im Strand-Ristorante, welches zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen ist. Von dort aus geht auch eine sehr schöne Wanderung los!
