Small village in the countryside of the western side of the 'Isola d' Elba, very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The house has two bedrooms (including 1 double-1 with 2 single beds with the possibility of double bed), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and finally a large terrace for sunbathing, relax with the possibility to eat outside under the canopy.

Most pleasant stay in S. Andrea

The place is ideal for families, very quiet and clean, with all necessities we needed. Large terrace, spectacular view, 10 minutes walk to the nice beach. Little shop and nice restaurants nearby. And, a very warm welcome and friendly hosting by Anselmo and his wife! 100% recommendation!

A wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay! Anselmo and Franca have been very kind and forthcoming from the beginning, the apartment is lovely and very well equipped, and the partly covered terrace with a beautiful view just gorgeous. Only the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. We will certainly come back!

A wonderful clean perfect accomodation.Anselmo and Franca are absolute friendly people..St.Andrea a charming quiet place the sea crystalclear.. Please let peole know that in any rentals thete s no essentials food items f.ex: salt pepper tea coffee etc.

Wonderful little flat with a grand terrace

We really enjoyed our stay with our two little boys there in October. The flat has two sleeping areas connected to kitchen and living room. For our kids this is ok. If you need more privacy, this should be considered. Franca and Anselmo were lovely and gave us great tips for hikes and things to do in the area. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Best host and nice little town with beautiful Beach

The House is super clean and well disposed. Everyone sleeps in the same room, but it works fine. We didn't cook ourselves and think that some kitchenware might be missing if that is a priority. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you are at the beach, where there is a nice beach bar and a few good restaurants. We can recommend trips to Marciana and Poggio, beautiful mountain towns close by. Anselmo and Franca are incredibly nice and welcoming and happy to help. We were very hot one night and asked for a fan, it was ready when we got home in the evening. Our warmest recommendations for the yellow house!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters, der jederzeit gut erreichbar war und uns mit Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt hat. Entspannend und sympathisch

Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit Anselmo und seiner Frau sehr angenehm. Wir wurden rechtzeitig gefragt, ob wir die Bettwäsche mitbringen oder mieten möchten und auch der Check-in verlief einwandfrei. Die beiden machen es leicht sich wohlzufühlen und sind für Fragen immer offen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber!Die Umgebung ist in Sant‘Andrea wunderschön und man ist in 5 bis 10 Minuten am Meer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut erholt!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento nuovo, pulito e confortevole, addirittura con due bagni. Silenzioso e vicino alla spiaggia. Con una camminata di 5 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di s. Andrea e in 20 minuti al cotoncello. Proprietari gentili disponibili e simpatici. Approvato

Wunderbar

Meine Entscheidung, genau diese Wohnung zu mieten, wurde maßgeblich von den ausschließlich sehr guten Bewertungen auf dieser Seite beeinflusst. Und da ich es dort genauso vorgefunden habe, schreibe ich jetzt auch eine weitere sehr gute Rückmeldung. Franca und Anselmo, die nur italienisch sprechen, verbreiten einfach eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Appartement besteht eigentlich nur aus einem Raum, der nur durch halbhohe Wände untergliedert ist. Das könne evtl. ein Problem sein, wenn unterschiedliche Schlafenszeiten (z.B. bei der Reise mit kleinen Kindern) vorliegen. Da die partiell überdachte, riesige Terrasse sowieso der Hauptaufenthaltsbereich ist, lässt sich dieses aber umgehen. Wir haben bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung nichts vermisst, was uns wirklich gravierend gefehlt hätte. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

toller Urlaub auf Elba

Eine schöne saubere Wohnung. Nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Schöner relativ ruhiger Ort. Einziges kleines Manko: Terrasse war nicht absperrbar, sodass wir unseren erkundigungsfreudigen Hund anleinen mussten.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wunderschöner Ausblick

super Apartment, sehr sauber. Tolle Aussicht und ruhig gelegen. Meer fußläufig erreichbar (besonders schön: links und rechts vom Sandstrand) und kleines Geschäft in der Nähe. Der nächste größere Supermarkt aber nur mit Auto erreichbar. Schöne und gute Restaurants (z.B. Il Sottomarino, jedenfalls einen Besuch wert) fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle (Stein-/Fels-)Strände samt Sonnenuntergängen nicht weit entfernt. Der Westen Elbas ist überhaupt sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Naturliebhaber:innen.

Un appartement très bien situé au-dessus de la baie de Sant Andrea, des propriétaiees fort sympas.

Découverte de l'île sous la pluie, un mois de mai inhabituellement pluvieux. Une île magnifique, la montée au Monte Capanne splendide et la mer encore très fraîche !

Super schön.

Wir haben bei Anselmo und seiner Frau zwei wunderbare Wochen über Ostern mit unserer Familie verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super sauber. und ausreichend groß für uns gewesen. Alles ist top modern und neuwertig. Küche, Wohnung und Bad sind top ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen Backofen, lediglich eine Grillfunktion bei der Mikrowelle. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch. Unsere Kinder hatten ausreichend Platz zum Spielen. Zum herrlichen und kinderfreundlichen Strand sind es ca. 10min zu Fuss. Wir haben die Zeit in S.Andrea sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Top gepflegte Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage mit Blick aufs Meer von einer großen Terrasse.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen, was für unser Alter ganz wichtig war; sehr Rückenfreundlich! Das Vermieter-Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Urlaubstage gehabt!

Very nice appartment - we enjoyed the stay

The flat is pretty nice. We stayed there as a family. It's nicely located and the beach can be reached just in 5 minutes. The flat was extremely well cleaned, Anselmo was very hearty, even though my italian language skills are not good at all. When we'll be back for sure this is the flat to be. Best Sven

Toller Urlaub in einer spitzen Unterkunft

Wir (Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (14 und 12 Jahre alt) haben den Aufenthalt bei Anselmo und seiner Ehefrau total genossen. Wir haben die Wohnung super sauber angetroffen. Der Vermieter spricht italienisch - wir nicht, aber das war kein Problem. Man hat sich trotzdem verständigt. Ca. 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es ein Bäckerhäuschen und so waren die frischen Backwaren für den Tag schnell besorgt. Zum Strand sind es ebenfalls 5 Minuten, bis zu den "Badefelsen" ca. 10 Minuten. Direkt am Meer gibt es gute Restaurants.

Extrem sauber und tolle Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten (anzumerken ist allerdings, dass alle Wände hüfthoch sind, es sich also mit Ausnahme der beiden Bäder um einen großen Raum handelt), unfassbar sauber + gepflegt und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer bis hinüber nach Piombino auf dem Festland. Das Vermieter Ehepaar hat uns herzlich empfangen und war stets sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen; wenngleich nur auf Italienisch

Toller Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Von der Spülmaschine über eine Waschmaschine bis zu unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten Kaffee zuzubereiten. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen in die Berge. Eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anselmo und seine Frau sind supernett und völlig unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen .
