Yeworthy Eco-vriendelijke, off-grid boomhut

De Yeworthy Eco-Treehouse is een ongelooflijke off-grid retraite. Genesteld in een afgelegen omgeving tussen de boomtoppen boven een meer, het is de perfecte schuilplaats voor koppels op zoek naar een romantische ontsnapping.

De boomhut wordt gezellig gehouden met een houtkachel, terwijl ontbijtgranen en melk worden verstrekt.

Gasten genieten van exclusief gebruik van het zomerhuis, dat de perfecte plek is om te genieten van een glas wijn van een avond, evenals de roeiboot op het meer (gasten gebruiken op eigen risico).

De boomhut is off-grid, wat betekent dat vers drinkwater wordt geleverd uit een bowser en koken is op een gas camping kachel die wordt verstrekt.

In overeenstemming met zijn ecologische kwalificaties, bevindt zich een composteer zaagsel toiletgebouw apart, een paar meter verderop genesteld tussen de bomen. Let op ** er zijn geen douchefaciliteiten **

Een goed opgevoede hond is welkom.

Gasten hebben volledig privétoegang tot de hele boomhut, het meer en het zomerhuis. Er zijn geen andere woningen in de buurt. De boomhut is toegankelijk via een onverharde weg.

absolutely amazing place

absolutely amazing place. location is beautiful and so peaceful. we went in the winter so definitely get logs and make a copy fire and take a snuggle blanket so you can sit and look at the stars. would love to go back and stay for 2 nights so we have a full day to enjoy the view. host really helpful, you park up and then take their jeep in a bumpy track down to the treehouse with all your stuff and keep it there until you come back. fantastic star gazing. king fisher and deers in the morning and a dawn chorus that is worth getting yourself out of the very comfy bed!

Peaceful place to stay for one night

Peaceful place to stay for one night - that is completely off grid that is private and lovely setting. Due to it being in an isolated place we came prepared with wellies, portable phone chargers. our own ‘picnic tea’ food, drinks and fire wood :)

Absolutely stunning retreat

Absolutely stunning retreat had so much fun, our dog loved it and the balcony overlooking the lake, I will never get tired of that view. The quite sound of water is all you can hear, it was a place you dream off. Will definitely be going back.

The views and surroundings were incredible and peaceful doesn’t quite cover it - you are literally on your own and it is perfect. Wow , what an experience from beginning to End, Welcomed and made to feel comfortable and relaxed immediately by the funny man that is Andy the Host , such an easy gooing welcoming man , made us feel right at home on his amazingly beautiful and tranquil property , we felt so secluded ,so much privacy so much beauty so much peace and so much of positive environment, you really do forget about the outside world down at the tree house ! Couldn’t think of one fault if I was paid too! I almost want to keep this place a secret and all to myself as we will 100% be back ! Such value for money too! I honestly couldn’t recommend this stay enough ! I’m so glad I booked this ! Since being back I must have recommend this place to way more then a handful of people , could not recommend enough , will not disappoint , felt so lucky to have stayed :)

Perfectly peaceful stay

Andy was friendly and helpful, had use of his 4x4 to go down to the cabin. Location was perfect with view of the lake. Unfortunately weather wasn’t good so couldn’t sit out on the lovely balcony as chairs and cushions were soaking wet. Log burner made cabin nice and snug. Cabin is simply equip but ideal. Would definitely stay again . Woods had great walks and use of the summer house is an added bonus especially if you stay in warmer months Everything in the cabin was adequate but a few things could have been done, Rubbish from other stays was still in the outside bin . Bed side lamp and mirror needed a clean but everything else was lovely .

Had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning. The owner was great and extremely helpful and even took us to look around. An ideal location for couples looking for a lovely peaceful getaway. We only stayed the one night and would have liked to stay longer, so next time we will book a few extra nights and explore the area more also.

Booked as a treat for my daughter finishing A levels. We wanted somewhere surrounded by nature, which was quiet and peaceful, free from TVs and Wifi! We were not disappointed. Andy was extremely helpful and down to Earth. He drove us down to the location and shared his knowledge of the area, and the story behind the treehouse, which made the stay even lovelier. As we approached and saw the treehouse and surroundings for the first time, it honestly took my breath away. I don't want to spoil it for anyone, so wont go into more detail! We had use of the 4x4 which made me feel safe during our stay. We sat outside the summer house, played board games, walked around the woods and lake, sat on the veranda listening to nature, and it was truly perfect. The house itself was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The toilet was equally as clean and smelled lovely of sawdust and a reed diffuser! Thank you Andy and Caroline for sharing such an idyllic space, we will be back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful. Completely peaceful. The lake, river and forest were all fantastic. We took the boat out and srifted around, looking at the scenery and the birds. We saw hundreds of baby frogs, bats and a deer. Our Basset Hounds had an amazing time too! The host was great. Really down to earth, honest and helpful. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

This was one of the most wonderful places you’ll ever visits, it was the perfect treat for my partne

This was one of the most wonderful places you’ll ever visits, it was the perfect treat for my partner & I. It’s set in a beautiful backdrop of blue bell filled woodlands, fantastic views from the tree house, down to the lake and beyond. Lots of animas living peacefully in the surroundings which was a such a welcome change to hustle and bustling sounds of city life. The tree house itself was was incredible. Big comfy bed, log fire & all amenities need for cooking, relaxing ect, everything set for two so really romantic spot with a balcony to sit and drink and eat breakfast on if you didn’t go choose to go down the river and lake house with games and camp chairs which was also perfect for relaxing and having so much fun late into the night . We used the row boat more than once, and again in the morning before we left because we just couldn’t believe how tranquil a place we were in. And last but not least the owners were fantastic, start to finish :) All so easy an ever so welcoming! X

We had the loveliest 2 nights in the treehouse. Andy was incredibly helpful and kind at check-in. The treehouse had everything we needed and the lake-house is where we spent most of our days! Beautiful surroundings and complete peace - we could actually switch off for a few days! Would love to come back.

The tree house was absolutely perfect, absolute bliss surrounded by nature, and ever so peaceful. All you can hear is bird and nature sounds, you’re literally tucked away in the wilderness amongst the trees. There’s a stove to keep you warm, the wood is provided by the host at a small cost, making the cabin ever so romantic. The lake across the treehouse harboured a couple of geese at the time we went, they’re quite friendly and add a little bit of company. Andy was super friendly and helped us through the check in and access procedure. You can tell her and his partner absolutely love the place and are committed to sharing this with couples in need of peace and wishing to reconnect with nature. It was also refreshing to experience something less formal and down to earth, from the hosts to the actual tree house. We’d love to be back !!

A little peace of heaven on earth.

The host is very friendly showed us around the place, offered us use of a 4 x 4 truck but used our own still but it was still a lovely gesture and a great accommodation to have available to us. I absolutely loved going out on the row boat on the lake. The geese were so cute and I loved having a bit of a back story on them. The woods are beautiful and I enjoyed finding rope swings and chairs near the river which was a cute touch. The whole place is just beautiful. We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Honestly i'm not sure there is much that could be improved every piece of it is part of the experience of being off grid and it was just a lovely stay. My partner would of liked the option of curtains but I thought it added another layer of beauty opening your eyes in the morning straight to the beautiful view.
