SPACIOUS AND MODERN WITH FREE PARKING IN THE CENTER 4:
Apartment in the city centre, new, fully equipped, has a decoration and equipment with special attention to details in design, comfort and technology so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about anything.



It has air conditioning, underfloor heating, water temperature selection, high speed WiFi, Smart TV, elevator, latex mattresses, exterior soundproofing, microwave, toaster, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, washing machine and all kitchenware.



Located in a quiet area and equipped in the vicinity of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bookstores and all kinds of shops. Bus stop at the door and tourist train 200 metres away, plus the AVE train station and Metro just 500 metres away.



The apartment has free parking space and is located in the vicinity of the monastery of San Jerónimo and next to the hospital and the church of San Juan de Dios and just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Great location, comfortable place!

This was a perfect landing spot for my son and I! Everything spotless, WiFi and AC worked well. Hosts were great with communication. Would 100% recommend!

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen am San-Geronimo-Kloster. Es sind einige Fakultäten der Universität in der Nähe und es gibt einige studentische Kneipen in der Nähe. Man ist in knapp 10 Minuten zur Plaza de Trinidade gelaufen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber. Auch das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche war vollständig und gut in Schuss. In den Bädern waren Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, Föns, etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Dee Check-In war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Auch zwischendurch konnte man sich jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden. Insgesamt hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfect Stay

Perfect location in the heart of the city. All within walking distance and well connected to Alhambra by bus. The free parking is very close to the apartment. The check-in process was very easy and excellent communication throughout the whole stay, including how to get to the parking with pictures. When I asked for extra items such as coffee pods, they were delivered within hours. The WhatsApp communication was without any delays. The apartment itself was modern and well furnished with everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. The aircon was on point (much needed). The kitchen had all the appliances and even had the condiments as a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam pillows and mattresses and spare pillows if needed. Overall perfect location, lovely apartment and great communication and service. Faultless from start to finish when away from home, what more could you ask for.

Excellent in every way

The apartment is very central in Granada - 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and "red bus" routes. No need for a car.. It's modern (exactly as described) with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with very good showers in each. Everything provided, and FREE parking in a public car park 3 minutes walk away. Communications - via Whats App- from Emilia were brilliant, from sending directions to the car park / apartment, meeting us at the door and explaining everything, through to checking how things were during our stay. We would stay here again!!

Fantastic Location

Compact apartment comfortable for 2 couples. Location is fantastic. Close to grocery, restaurants, transit and sights. Parking is a plus if you are driving. Hostess was available to answer our questions. Consider the Granada Card if you are staying a couple days or more. Highly recommend.

Emilia was superb - really friendly with amazing communication and super fast responses to any queries. She welcomed us and showed us around and provided us with some really useful tips. She was always available to help with anything! An excellent base in Granada close to all sights!!!

Angenehme Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Granada

Alles unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort als Alternative zu einem Hotel. In der Nähe Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum. Granada ist eine nette Stadt mit unglaublich viel Gastronomie. Die Kommunikation war prima, vielen Dank. Extrapunkte für das Parkhaus 5 Minuten entfernt - das ist in Granada ein echter Vorteil!

Good location and great value

The location is very convenience to almost everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meal. Particularly we enjoyed the free parking nearby. The parking space is spacious and convenient for daily in and out. Great value for the price. Will stay again if coming back to the town.
