This modern apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment (2 blocks to everything!). Unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2-story apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave). Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. Unit sleeps 4 max. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

It was a great place to stay! It was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect; all of the shops, bars and restaurants were in easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in EVL.

Great place

As advertised. Close to restaurants, brewery, and shops. Only thing weird was the smoke detector went off during the middle of the night for no reason. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was wonderful. Rachel was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was a breeze, unit was lovely and cool when we arrived (August & it’s been hot/humid). Close to Main Street, ease of parking. Clean, bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect Description

We have never had a property look just like it was described so perfectly! Easy to find and instructions on everything right down to wi-fi codes. Very clean and cozy- safe - off road parking - close to everything in town and such a nice decor. A plus and will be staying again - most likely every time we are in town! Awesome spot

The apartment was exactly as described — very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk to town. Check-in was super easy, and Rachel was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The fireplace made the space extra cozy. The only thing I missed was having a TV in the bedroom, but overall, no complaints at all. A wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect spot, very close to town!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The proximity to town cannot be beat (700 feet to EBC), yet it was quiet and cozy in the loft! Communication with the owner was great as well- we had no issues to address, but appreciated Rachel’s attention to our stay! We will 100% be re-booking here again!
