The Lounge and Kitchen are open plan and both have been finished to a high standard. The kitchen comprises of fully integrated appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full fridge-freezer and a top of the line full sized wifi controllable oven/microwave. There is also a Neff induction hob with extractor hood above and 1.5 bowl sink inset in to the beautiful Tiger Walnut worktops and the usual little extras like a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen area has colour changing LED lights under the kitchen cabinets. The remote control for them is kept in the coffee table drawer.
The lounge area has solid wood flooring which flows through to the hallway. At the front of the room is a fantastic bay window offering widespread panoramic views of the beach and sea in all directions. Sitting in the bay is a solid oak extending dining table and 4 chairs. The leather sofa can seat up to 5 people and also serves as a King sized sofa bed for 2 guests. The apartment entrance hall has a shelf with the WIFI router and heating thermostat, door entry system and spare key for the communal front door above. A CCTV camera monitors outside the apartment entrance.
