A wonderful house in a great location. The place was comfortable and well stocked. Our young grandchildren especially enjoyed the toys indoors and out.
We spent a long weekend over Easter with our three kids and MIL at this home. The owners made everything easy. The home is beautiful and very comfortable with ample parking, which is a nice bonus in the area (although you really don’t need a car). The location is great with everything you need within walking distance. We’ll definitely return!
Property was lovely. Great location. Walking to distance to shops and stores. Safe. Off street parking. Lovely home with all the amenities and very family friendly! Thank you for a great stay in NOLA!
Had a delightful stay in this lovely home in a most desirable location. I frequent Nola several times a year and have rented many houses. But this home is one of my absolute favorites!!!
I look forward to my next stay at this divine home!
Owners are very friendly and most helpful

Great house and location!
Beautiful house! Location was great. Magazine and Jefferson area had a few coffee spots and stores. Two grocery stores close to run in for quick stuff. Street car not so bad to get to and early enough on the route to grab a spot before it got busy. Toast breakfast was great!! Katherine was extremely accommodating and helpful. Uber/Lyft was about $18-30 into French quarters/Jackson Square and took about 10-15mins. Loved the space and bedrooms for our group of 6 couples. Thank you!
Overall the property was great. It looks just like the pictures and was very clean and all amenities were well thought out. The only downfall was the Internet connection in the master bedroom is nonexistent. As soon as you step over the threshold of the master bedroom, there is no cell signal nor Wi-Fi signal in that room. If you’re looking to unplug then this is should not be an issue. Other than that, our stay was great!

Can't wait to return!
This home was just what our family needed. 4 bedrooms on the lower floor (89 year old mother - only 5 steps into the house and a niece with a boot on her fractured foot) and 2 bedrooms upstairs. What a jewel! We had enough room for everyone around the dining room table to celebrate my nephews change of command. He and his wife came over several evenings to enjoy good home-cooked dinner with the entire family. We were delighted with the ice maker, wifi, spacious living room and master bedroom and bath, and the convenience to Winn Dixie (2 blocks away) and to EVERYTHING UPTOWN. Katherine was wonderful to work with and responded to my questions quickly. When we plan another visit to my nephews we hope this destination is available. Thank you for making this vacation a memorable experience.
We had a wonderful stay at this property in New Orleans. The house was beautiful. Everything was clean, and well stocked. The set up was great for an extended family of 6 adults and four kids. There were more than enough rooms. The backyard was wonderful for the kids. They loved playing on the swingset and jumping on the trampoline. They also loved the foosball table upstairs. The location was also great. It was a really quick walk to coffee, shops and stores on magazine Street. It was an easy drive to Audubon Park. And an easy drive or fun trolley ride down to the quarter. The only issue we had was the heat not working on the first floor. It was warm the first few days but the temperature dropped and the heat didn’t work. The owners sent someone to try and fix it but they were unsuccessful. They did drop off space heaters to help but it made the first floor difficult to hang out in on for the last two days. With that said, we would definitely return to this rental in the future!
We absolutely loved this home as our 'home base' while exploring New Orleans for two weeks. The location is perfect- this stretch of Jefferson Ave isn't crazy-busy, and it's easy walking to restaurants, a Whole Foods, and a Walgreens. This is an excellent home for those with kids. My little ones (4 & 6) were delighted by the bedrooms stocked with toys (there are also 2 cribs, a highchair, and stair gates for a younger crowd) and happily played on the outdoor playset for hours while I relaxed on the covered porch with a chicory coffee. Win! Layout is also perfect; we put the kids upstairs (bring blackout shades) and they heard zero noise while the adults were downstairs visiting. The home feels cozy and is stocked with all you need, including some much appreciated complimentary beverages in the wine fridge and- everyone's favorite- an automatic "popcorn" ice machine. Off-street parking, excellent communication with our gracious hosts, and solid a/c round out this beautiful house with much character. Highly recommend staying OUT of the French Quarter and making this your home base- visit the crazy, then retreat back here. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!
Clean, Spacious, well-appointed and loads of space!
Fabulous clean home in a VERY convenient location! Everything was within 5-25 min away! Walking distance to some shops and restaurants off Magazine Street and Whole Foods. Easy parking for 2-3 cars in driveways and street parking. 6 bedrooms allowed for everyone to sleep comfortably and the home has been beautifully updated. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and beds/linens were very comfortable! It smells heavenly when you enter (we even looked up the diffuser to buy it!) and even though we stayed very busy on our trip, we were always excited to come back “home” to hang out! We highly recommend this property and would DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you Brent and Kirk!
Beautiful home, spacious, bright, comfortable. Well appointed and met our needs wonderfully. Would definitely recommend and will consider again if our travels bring us to NOLA. Owners very responsive to our questions and check in and check out a breeze.
House was as advertised very nice and clean and centrally located. The host gives you a nice binder with recommendations for restaurants which we tried and were all great.
Overall really enjoyed as had a lot of space and we were there to move our daughter into Tulane and was very convenient for that.
Really can’t say anything negative as check in easy and was large than expected.
The property was very beautiful and clean. My group had a great time there especially coz it was raining the whole weekend so we spent most of it indoors. Katherine even offered us some of the beer she had. Very considerate host.
This is a great rental, immaculatley clean, great location. Would definately come back the next time we visit New Orleans. Thanks for allowing us into your home!
