La Florida is located in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen just minutes away from the old Harbour by foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars & Playa Chica beach within walking distance. There is a supermarket next door. The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's pool. Sun beds are provided for pool side relaxation. The apartment is on the south side of the complex on the first floor with a sunny balcony that enjoys sea views. 15 minute drive from Arrecife airport.

Access to the apartment is made simple & flexible with a key lock and our management company are at hand if help is needed. The main town of Puerto Del Carmen is a 15 minute walk away and the Biosphera shopping centre is a 5 minute walk.

Just home from a fantastic 3 night break staying at the la Florida apartments, apartment was great had everything you need and more! Like home from home 🥰 location was perfect for us as we love the old town and playa chica beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you

Stayed here for 10 days, apartment is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants and the hiperdino supermarket is next door. The apartment was a generous size and the balcony comes with a sea view. There were 3 of us staying there and although the bedding and towels for the third person was not left out, within less than an hour it was sorted. Also accommodated us with an early check in and later check out which we appreciated. Can get a little warm in the apartment as there isn't air-conditioning but there are fans. Overall, lovely stay in this apartment.

Great pool area, unit as described and nice view of see from balcony.The unit lacked a coffee filter machine or caffitier and it's a shame that the site downstairs was all closed!Overall very good!

This was a perfect location for a short stay in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment had everything you would need, was clean and true to the photos online. There is no air conditioning which was not an issue for our stay in May as it was fairly cool overnight (pack a light jacket or cardigan!), but could be a challenge when the weather is warmer.The location was superb. There is a supermarket on the corner outside the entrance which is open until 10pm. There are quite a few bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk towards the marina. The main 'strip' was a 15/20 minute walk for us just short of a mile/2k where there are plenty of drinking and eating options with your usual shops in between. There is a taxi stand at the cross roads near the apartment (this will make more sense when you are there!) and taxi stand on the strip also so that is an option to get about. Expect a taxi from/to the airport to be around 22 (May 2025).We did the short water bus to the next town where there are again lots of options for shopping and eating. Unfortunately the dolphin excursion was all booked up but at 35 for 1 1/2 hour trip it would have been a nice afternoon filler. There are other boat trips available that are 5/6 hours long if you are staying more than a couple days this could be a good option.

Great place to stay overall but not helpful owners

The propriety is great on everything, we had a lovely stay.But I have to complain about one thing: After two hours I checked out of the propriety I called the owner because I forgot a sweater and kindly asked him the number of the cleaner to have it back before I took my flight , he answers that he couldn't help ,hung up on me and didn't answer my following calls.The next days I contacted him very upset saying that I would of left a bad review if he didn't find a way to give my hoodie back.This was his response:You should have taken better care of it. The management details are in the are in the arrivals pack we sent you. Please contact them and they might be able to return it. I would ask that you be more polite in how you ask them as we rely on their services and would hate for them to have to put up with such spoilt behaviour. Also, please do not leave negative reviews everywhere due to your stupidity, as it might make me cry.So sorry about this but it's not the way to treat a guest.For the rest the propriety is a great place to stay..

Great property and location

Can’t say anything bad about it. The only picky things are no air con but not a problem for us and walls are a bit thin but everyone there was quiet. Had to get in contact with the host to ask if we could keep our bags anywhere as it was a late flight home but they came back quickly giving us a late checkout. Amazing.

Excellent location for reasonable price with great amenities in vicinity.

This property is conveniently located above shop and pharmacy, near pubs, restaurants and short walk to bus stops serving both Playa Blanca and Alicante (including airport). It has fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Terrace is orientated towards the south east, meaning the sun shines there almost all day. Swimming pool is good size but since it was not heated it was quite cold (in December), which was no issue for me as it was always empty. Generally, location is in quiet part of the city and none of the neighbours caused too much noise through the day. Owner communication was excellent and instructions easy to understand. I recommend Lomo Alto restaurant down the road for fantastic food. Will definitely try to book again if available for my next visit to Lanzarote sometimes next year.

Nice little stay

Nice little property, needs a little bit of an up date, but nice and clean. Great to have the supermarket under the hotel. Pool was nice and clean (no sunbed wars) very quite, which its what we wanted and a short walk down the hill you have the pubs and restaurants. Lots to pick from. Didnt really go to the strip much, as there wasnt much need for us to go that far, as we had all we needed just down the hill Would we booked again? Yes we would. We did do the slingshot tour, which we booked while we were there. 3hrs a little bit too long. But was great to see different places.

LAST MINUTE HOLIDAY

got this apt at a reduced rate as was told by the owner before we booked that workmen were on site doing a vast update.fairly noisy some days but it was to be expected and did not stop us enjoying our holiday.the apt is basic but everything you need however i did have to give it a good clean dirty water in the bucket was left on patio with a filthy mop which i replaced windows were also in need of a good clean but i am sure a lot of that was from the building work that was going on .the apt was a fabulous base but does require painting and although we do not go away to watch television some English channels are certainly a must these days .
