Sehr gute Lage...leider hat die Unterkunft im Schlafzimmer Schimmel gehabt. Man hat alles was man benötigt.

Lovely spacious apartment very close to the shops bars and restaurants. Was a wee bit difficult to find (at first). You access the accommodation via a set of stairs off of the Main Street which leads to the beach. Our visit was in January and unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace - disappointing but cannot be helped. Very well stocked for dishware and utensils. Overall enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that there was no leeway with the departure time from the apartment - we had to pay to store our luggage at the adjoining Soco Centre / a cost we had certainly not anticipatedOverall it is a nice apartment.

The flat was up some steps but after reading a previous review we found you could use the supermarket escalator during the day it closes about 19.30 so most of the time it was accessible, this is the second time I've have been there and looking forward to February when we go back

Great apartment at a great price. Location was close to the beach which we wanted. We only missed the pool on a couple of occasions, but being close the beach it didn't really matter. We asked for a fan and extra sheets and they were given to us within a few hours. We would recommend this apartment.

Un apto de ubicaciĂłn excelente

El lugar ideoneo para pasar unas vacaciones de verano, cerca de playa Grande (3' andando y 7' a playa Chica). A mitad de km entre las cosas turĂ­sticas para ver en la isla de Lanzarote (parque natural de Timanfaya, JardĂ­n de cactus, Cuevas de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, playas Blanca y Papagayo, costa volcĂĄnica, etc). Con todos los servicios muy cerca (supermercado Mercadona, restaurantes, tiendas, centro comercial Biosfera, parking publico a 7' andando, paseo marĂ­timo, etc).El apto con todo tipo de menaje, muy bien cuidado, jardĂ­n con tumbonas, solicitamos una sombrilla de sol y la propietaria nos la trajo amablemente (aunque no hace mucha falta si hace viento). ComunicaciĂłn con la propietaria buena. Las camas muy confortables, zona tranquila. Aparecieron unas visitantes un tanto feas("cucas"), pero son comunes en estas zonas. En general todo muy bien ,repetirĂ­amos sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo.Una estancia de lujo!!

Die Wohnung war perfekt

Wir haben die Whng. sehr schwer gefunden, zum GlĂŒck war die Putzfrau da und wir konnten sie fragen ob das die Whng. ist. Wir haben FEWO angerufen, die Dame von Frankfurt konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen, von der Gastgeberin hatten wir kein Telefon und sie spricht sowieso kein Deutsch

es war sehr kompliziert. Aber der Aufenthalt war super. Da wir jetzt wissen wo die Wohnung sich befindet, wĂŒrden wir jederzeit wieder die Wohnung mieten.

the apartment was spotless, everything was excellent

there was only one minor problem , the brand new kettle would overload the circuit breaker, this wasn't a problem , we are seasoned motorhomers and used to things sometimes not working as they should we used a pan and boiled water for or many teas and coffees on the hob ...you'd have got a full deck of 5 stars If we'd been able to contact the agent but in the end , no biggy! also there were fresh sheets for the double bed, unfortunately, no so for the single beds we were using ,we will be using this apartment again if we get the chance, I would without hesitation recommend this apartment

A fine stay

Nice,clean,spacious,quiet,well equipped apartment in residential thoroughfare. Lots of cleaning materials plus liquid detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine. No English / Irish channels on TV but some USA news channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps available on the TV but you have to subscribe to use them. WIFI good. Spacious terrace with garden.The apartment is not on a complex or street but on a well lit thoroughfare or passageway that joins the promenade ( Avenida de las Playas ) up the steps to Calle Guatify. In late January the terrace gets the sun 9am -1pm, and about 2-4pm. Overlooked by rear of Soco Shopping Centre and residential apartments. About 50 steps up to the apartment. All but 8 of these can be avoided by getting the lift/escalator to 1st floor in Soco Shopping Centrei- though this mode of access stopped at 7.30pm on our trip.The alternative to access the apartment is to get the lift in the shopping centre to the third floor then exit the lift and go left and walk through the car park a little to the left and exit onto Calle Guatify, then proceed right 80 yards to the passageway and walk down 80 yards to the apartment from there, about 18 steps down altogether.This route available 24 hours a day.At the last minute you may be requested to provide your passport details including DOB.This we provided reluctantly. Don’t know what would have happened if we’d refused.No response to our request for a privacy notice.aWprivacynotice.reqreturn.for

Absolutely loved this apartment was spotlessly clean beds were great. Had everything a home has, the stairs weren't to much of a hindrance. Location was great. This would be my first choice of accommodation if available when i next return Anabel loved your place.
