Great views from this location, the property is very clean with two bathrooms, the Appartment has all the necessities for a great stay with parking facilities, there is good european tv channels and also a swimming pool and bar for residents, good restaurants and local shops close by, the host is very good to help and accomodate your requirements for your stay.

Had a great 2 weeks at Kieran's apartment. The accommodation is immaculate and in a great location surrounded by nice restaurants and bars.The swimming pool area along with the pool shack for drinks and food is great to cool down in the heat.Would highly reccommend and would hope to return.Thomas, Colette & Emma

Yes all clean everything at hand as usual .Shops just across the road . Bar run by Paul excellent bloke lovely breakfast and food . Meet Kieran the owner who was friendly and very help full . Look forward to meeting up again next year .

We loved the apartment, the complex & the area. The pool is super & the pool shack made our stay very memorable. Michelle & Paul are lovely hosts of the pool shack serving good food with humour & always a smile.Overall a very welcoming place

Fantastic views of sea and harbour from large balcony, spacious rooms, great pool and bar. Local supermarkets and restaurants close by.Will definitely be booking again

Great stay

This place is in a great location and the small complex is very well maintained and has great facilities. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and has great views from a large balcony. Like any accommodation in this part of the town be prepared for steep inclines.

The property was exactly what it said in the listing. Perfect for myself and a friend.Enjoyed the amazing veiws of the sea.Just sat on the balcony so many times.Have stayey on the complex before and find it perfectly situated for everything. Would highly recommend.

Great Apartment

Lovely apartment that has everything you need. Situated not far from the Old Town. Easy walk down to the Old Town. Bit hilly on way back but not a problem because if you don’t fancy the walk back a taxi is only 4 Euro.Would definitely return again.

Excellent Apartment

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment over Easter. Very spacious. Fabulous views over to Fuerteventura. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Excellent Wifi and tv. The pool bar is really handy - excellent breakfast. Will definitely look to book again.

Nice accomodation

+: clean and nice pool, nice pool bar with good prices, location good starting point for trips, many shops nearby, airport nearby -: parking lot was taken many times by workers who are building nearby, provided towels had some odor, parts of furniture are ready for renovation, to give apartment a bit of new look ;)

Hi Matej, Thank you for your feedback. I always appreciate comments from guests. I acknowledge its contents and I will most certainly address the areas that I can. The parking outside my apartment is not designated to the apartment so it is not always available. The construction work in a nearby complex is almost complete and the spaces will be more available then. I will speak to the management company about the towels which they supply. I will review the furniture on my next trip and make the necessary changes. Thanks again for your feedback.

Wonderful apartment with amazing sea view from good sized balconyThe apartment is within a private complex with lovely pool area. ( photos dont do pool area justice) Ample sunbeds/umbrellas, wigh snall bar area which served food through morning/afternoon if required.Paul the bar host was very friendly & welcoming. Our proprty host kieren was very helpful both when booking & on arrival, checking in with us that everything was okay in apartment, the day after our .arrivalWould definately stay again

Kieran was a great host, great response times and really helpful answering questions. He also provides a folder of helpful information about the area in the apartment.The apartment was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a nice open plan lounge kitchen and a really good size balcony with loungers. Location is good for the town with around a 15 minute walk. It's down hill going but up hill back, so a taxi home might be an option. There is a Spar convenience store 5 minutes away and there are bars and restaurants there too. We would highly recommend Highlander 2, the food was really great and they have a good selection of gluten free options for coeliacs, including the full English breakfast.Also recommended is La Dolce vita at the marina. A great menu, again with gluten free options, including gluten free pizza, and great staff.We would certainly book here again for future visits to Lanzarote.

Rest and relax

What made this holiday was the pool bar called “Pool Shack” and the swimming pool. The apartment was good for what we wanted. The old town is extremely hilly but there were some good restaurants around that did not require lots of walking. Communication with Kieran was excellent. Would definitely return.

Little gem

The apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The patio area had its fair share of sun and had a stunning sea view. Perfect location for us as we enjoy a peaceful night, but wereclose enough to the bars etc. Wgrn we wanted a nice meal. Would 100% return.
