Apartment in small complex of self-contained apartments within well maintained tropical gardens -1 minute level walk to sea-front with shops, restaurants and beaches.
Located between the new Casino and San Antonio Hotel - small beach opposite and short walk along front to either of the two main beaches. Private double fronted patio with two sets of garden furniture and sunbeds - sunbeds also around the pool.

Great appartment very near to the sea front and busy strip but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing at night time so you can sleep early with no disterbances.

Excellent apartment within the Maribel complex. As I also stayed in an apartment owned by the complex, this was much better. Everything working as it should except for a double wall socket in the kitchen. Linen change & cleaning as described did not happen during a 14 night stay. Bed mattresses were not the best, but we really enjoyed the apartment. I would book again.

Beautiful property with everything you could need for a self catering holiday, the only items missing for me were shower gel and hand-wash, i would usually take my own but only had underseat bag this time round, the storage box on the terrace was full of extra bits that were super useful, including snorkles, sun umbrella, inflatables etc. Large selection of DVDs and books is a nice touch. Pool area clean with plenty of space. 30 seconds from the shops/restaurants and beach. Overall 10/10.

Location Location Location

A quaint apartment within very easy reach of PDC bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely presented but doesn't have the views as it's a ground floor apartment. It can be noisy for a few moments around 5.30am due to lorry movements, as the bedrooms back onto a road, that said, the apartment is in a fairly quiet location. The owner contacted me shortly after booking and was extremely helpful as were the onsite staff. There are bathroom towels supplied and can be changed whenever you wish, there are also detergent and cloths for cleaning crockery of which there was plenty. Sunbathing was on the apartments patio and there was 2 sunbeds provided, we were also offered towels for sunbathing if we wished. We had a problem with a toaster which was tripping the main panel but the issue easily resolved by the onsite staff supplying a new one.We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay in this apartment again.

Perfect location

Lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment. Location brilliant near our favourite restaurants and beach. Also great for walks to Playa Honda and Peurto del Calero. Janet is a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our holiday .

So many bars & restaurants nearby. Flat & easy to walk to them all. If you want to go further afield ( to Old Town etc) then taxis are plentiful & very reasonable

We have just got home after having a great holiday in this apartment and it was lovely it’s got everything you need and is so close to bars restaurants and shops all the staff that work on the complex we’re really friendly and helpful as was Janet with any questions we had before arriving.

A quick gwtaaay

Having stayed at the old harbour end of the town we wanted a few days in the sun but a bit closer to all the amenities. Janet’s home was ideal. Weather was great and suited us as we would go out in the morning and be back at the apartment in time for a full afternoon of sun on the patio area

Perfect for us.

We had a brilliant 10 day stay over Christmas in Janet’s apartment the location was perfect for us as was the apartment's facilities, we tend to eat out on holiday but apartment had everything you need if you wanted to cook/watch TV etc. All communal areas are very well kept and clean and residents very friendly. At night it’s quiet which suits us. We would definitely stay again on future trips to Lanzarote. Thanks again Janet for the use of your apartment.

Our apartment is so conveniently located for everything we need, close to the restaurants on the main Avenida and close to beaches which suit all of the family
The added bonus for me is that our apartment is in a small complex in a flat area of Puerto del Carmen. As I have issues with walking It is ideal for my needs
