L'appartement est parfait pour les couples. C'est dans un complexe calme mais situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville de Puerto Del Carmen. Il y a un grand balcon plein sud avec soleil toute la journée. .Le balcon est doté de chaises longues, d’une table et de chaises pour profiter de la magnifique vue sur l’océan et admirer les couchers de soleil panoramiques. Un auvent est également disponible pour fournir de l'ombre en cas de besoin. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double et de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer d'excellentes vacances, y compris le WIFI gratuit, une télévision avec chaînes anglophones / irlandaises / néerlandophones et germanophones. Elle dispose d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser, d'un lave-linge, d'un coffre-fort gratuit pour les objets de valeur, d'un grille-pain, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire, d'une cafetière et d'un four complet avec une plaque vitrocéramique à 4 plaques. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine habituels disponibles. La salle de bain a une vanité et une douche de plain-pied. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et changés pour les séjours de plus de 8 jours sur demande. Des serviettes de plage sont également disponibles. L'appartement est dans un complexe calme bien géré avec une belle piscine commune et la piscine a également une vue magnifique sur l'océan avec de nombreuses chaises longues disponibles. Il y a aussi un joli bar de la piscine. L'appartement est situé au centre et à seulement quelques minutes à pied des supermarchés locaux et des meilleurs restaurants et bars de la vieille ville de Puerto Del Carmen. La plage est à seulement 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est situé sur une colline et il y a des escaliers pour y accéder. Il peut donc ne pas convenir aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

What a gem. Just back after a fabulous week. The apartment is awesome, everything we needed, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Amazing views and the pool was a bonus! Alan made the whole process so easy with great communication. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely Stay for New Year Break

Stayed 7 nights, lovely apartment for a couple with everything you may require. Cracking view from terrace out to sea and harbour . Would certainly return again.

Stayed at this lovely well equipped apartment. It has a fantastic view from the balcony and has some very good restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby.

A fabulous apartment with stunning views!!

This place was amazing!! Naldo could not have done more for us, whilst we were there - we merely mentioned having a wok and the next day it was there! Great service, but equally important was the apartment and those amazing views!! Close to all of the local amenities, restaurants and bars, plus within minutes of the beach.Will definitely be back, in fact already booking!!

Great apartment with fantastic views

Well presented and immaculately clean apartment with amazing views. The large balcony is a perfect sun trap, with sunshine from morning till evening. Alan was an excellent host and his communication was first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

The apartment was really well tought out,everything had been completely refurbished.it is close to local amenities and has views overlooking the ocean,harbour and hills. The owner Alan greetedcus and went through everything we needed to know and was in contact via WhatsApp if there was anythimg else we needed.

great sea views and very cozy

We had a lovely stay here. Alan is so helpful, keeping in touch on a regular basis. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The apartment is close to restaurants bars and old town. Supermarket is only a few yards away. The view is lovely and the balcony gets the sun until late afternoon. The place is spotlessly clean and the choice of decor makes it feel really cozy. We have booked for next year.

A beautiful bright,clean and well equipped apartment with a large balcony which has the sun all day and overlooks the old town and harbour, probably one of the best views in PDC. The apartment is ideally placed five minutes walk to the old town or the strip. Alan and Don couldn't be better hosts contactable at any time for help or information if needed and were keen to ensure we enjoyed the apartment and our holiday.All in all this apartment,with Alan and Dons care, provided us with a base for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to come back.

Great appartment with fantastic views

Great apartment with great views especially of the sunrise and sunset. Sun on balcony from 8am till 6pm. All contact with Naldo is quickly answered. We arrived on an early flight and he contacted us to say the apartment would be ready early so that was an added bonus. A short stroll and you are near the harbour but there are bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket close to the apartment. Everything you need is provided including beach towels free TV with English channels and free wifi.

Stunning views and friendly hosts

We were warmly greeted at the apartment by the host, Alan, who showed us around the accommodation and answered any questions, as well as making suggestions of places to go in the local area, for social entertainment as well as necessities (supermarkets, bars/restaurants etc). The apartment, in our opinion, was more stunning in-person than advertised online. Fully open plan with stunning views of the Old Town, the Harbour and the Atlantic! It was very clean, and Alan stayed in touch in the week, to check-in and see if we needed any clean laundry/help. Would definitely recommend to couples who want a nice open space to stay, a beautiful outlook from the terrace and great value for money! Thank you for accommodating us.

Great Apartment, Great Hosts, Great Location

This was our first visit to Puerto Del Carmen, and we were unsure of the best area to stay in, when the resort is some 7Km long. Well, we made a great choice with this apartment. The apartment is as described. It is modern and very clean. If you like IKEA, you will love this apartment, as everything is from there. The kitchen facilities are small, as you would expect, but has everything you need. The fridge is large, and has a good sized freezer compartment. There is a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, and a full sized oven, if you wanted. The bed was comfortable, and set in its own alcove, with views out to sea. There is internet TV with

Great apartment, Great facilities, great location and best of all the view is amazing!!!!!!

Firstly, communication with Naldo was fantastic, we were contacted imediatley when we requested information on the apartment and booking the apartment was very straight forward. We were met at the apartment with keys and an overview on where everything was. The apartment was very well equipped and included extras you usually have to pay for such as Internet access, TV, washing machine and a safety deposit box. There is also a ceiling fan for those hot day's. On the balcony there is a nice table and two chair to enjoy along with two sun lounger. There are beach towels too so that saved on bringing some in the luggage. We would highly recommend renting this apartment due to the modern feel, great location, friendly owners and an amazing view which looks out onto the ocean and also gives a birds eye view of the ports going ons. We are looking forward to our next visit and will definetly be staying here again.
