L'appartement est parfait pour les couples. C'est dans un complexe calme mais situĂ© en plein coeur de la vieille ville de Puerto Del Carmen. Il y a un grand balcon plein sud avec soleil toute la journĂ©e. .Le balcon est dotĂ© de chaises longues, d’une table et de chaises pour profiter de la magnifique vue sur l’ocĂ©an et admirer les couchers de soleil panoramiques. Un auvent est Ă©galement disponible pour fournir de l'ombre en cas de besoin. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double et de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer d'excellentes vacances, y compris le WIFI gratuit, une tĂ©lĂ©vision avec chaĂźnes anglophones / irlandaises / nĂ©erlandophones et germanophones. Elle dispose d'un fer et d'une planche Ă  repasser, d'un lave-linge, d'un coffre-fort gratuit pour les objets de valeur, d'un grille-pain, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire, d'une cafetiĂšre et d'un four complet avec une plaque vitrocĂ©ramique Ă  4 plaques. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine habituels disponibles. La salle de bain a une vanitĂ© et une douche de plain-pied. La plage est Ă  seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied. L'appartement est situĂ© sur une colline et il y a des escaliers pour y accĂ©der. Il peut donc ne pas convenir aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite.

What a gem. Just back after a fabulous week. The apartment is awesome, everything we needed, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Amazing views and the pool was a bonus! Alan made the whole process so easy with great communication. We will definitely be coming back!

The apartment was really well tought out,everything had been completely refurbished.it is close to local amenities and has views overlooking the ocean,harbour and hills. The owner Alan greetedcus and went through everything we needed to know and was in contact via WhatsApp if there was anythimg else we needed.

Great Apartment, Great Hosts, Great Location

This was our first visit to Puerto Del Carmen, and we were unsure of the best area to stay in, when the resort is some 7Km long. Well, we made a great choice with this apartment. The apartment is as described. It is modern and very clean. If you like IKEA, you will love this apartment, as everything is from there. The kitchen facilities are small, as you would expect, but has everything you need. The fridge is large, and has a good sized freezer compartment. There is a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, and a full sized oven, if you wanted. The bed was comfortable, and set in its own alcove, with views out to sea. There is internet TV with

Stunning views and friendly hosts

We were warmly greeted at the apartment by the host, Alan, who showed us around the accommodation and answered any questions, as well as making suggestions of places to go in the local area, for social entertainment as well as necessities (supermarkets, bars/restaurants etc). The apartment, in our opinion, was more stunning in-person than advertised online. Fully open plan with stunning views of the Old Town, the Harbour and the Atlantic! It was very clean, and Alan stayed in touch in the week, to check-in and see if we needed any clean laundry/help. Would definitely recommend to couples who want a nice open space to stay, a beautiful outlook from the terrace and great value for money! Thank you for accommodating us.

Well presented and immaculately clean apartment with amazing views. The large balcony is a perfect sun trap, with sunshine from morning till evening. Alan was an excellent host and his communication was first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Stunning & impeccably presented apartment. Outstanding ocean views with a relaxed & welcoming ambience. Great location & close to restaurants, shopping & the stunning Old Town harbour. Superb apartment with stunning sea views

A fabulous, well equipped, spotlessly clean, contemporary, stylish apartment. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to shops, supermarket, the old town and the beach. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet. The sea and harbour views from the large balcony are stunning, it has the sun from sunrise to sunset. This apartment has it all! The owners were excellent, very friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time. So glad we booked this apartment. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year.

A beautiful bright,clean and well equipped apartment with a large balcony which has the sun all day and overlooks the old town and harbour, probably one of the best views in PDC. The apartment is ideally placed five minutes walk to the old town or the strip. Alan and Don couldn't be better hosts contactable at any time for help or information if needed and were keen to ensure we enjoyed the apartment and our holiday.All in all this apartment,with Alan and Dons care, provided us with a base for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to come back.
