Appartement 1 chambre bien entretenu avec une terrasse meublée donnant sur la piscine commune. L'appartement lui-même offre un salon / salle à manger décloisonné et une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une plaque de cuisson à quatre feux et un four et un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur.

Le salon spacieux offre un grand canapé en L et est climatisé pour votre confort. Vous pouvez profiter d'une gamme de télévision britannique et irlandaise sur le grand écran plat, ou si vous préférez vous installer avec un film, nous fournissons un lecteur DVD avec DVD, complimenté par des livres et des magazines. La fenêtre du salon offre une vue sur la mer.

La chambre offre des lits confortables, une armoire encastrée et une commode. Un coffre-fort gratuit et un sèche-cheveux sont fournis.

Vous trouverez également une machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser pour votre commodité.

Le complexe est calme, avec seulement 18 appartements, donc il y a toujours beaucoup de place au bord de la piscine. Il y a un supermarché juste en face du complexe et un grand parking si vous en avez besoin. Le complexe sur la route permet au grand public d'utiliser son restaurant et son bar, si vous préférez une soirée plus près de chez vous.

The apartment was really nice with a lovely big tv screen and nice pool and was very quiet, it was also just a 10min walk to all the restaurants and the beach. The verandah didnt get some sun until mid afternoon. The reason for the 3 stars is the water situation.There was no water between 9am until 9pm for 5 out of our 7 days. It was real shame as we enjoyed the apartment but with no water it was a major disappointment.

Lovely apartment close to beach

Florence’s apartment is comfortable and well located within east walking distance of the beach and a great selection of restaurants and bars. I would gladly come back to this apartment if I return to Lanzarote.

Nice apartment in quiet location

Nice quiet location but with easy access to the main strip. Full kitchen was good satellite tv an added bonus. Florence answered all our questions before travelling and while we were in the apartment. Very enjoyable stay.

Convenient location

Well situated - not too far from the airport and very close to amenities. There are plenty of communal loungers in the sun around the pool, but we were disappointed that, unlike the picture, in January the balcony got no sun at all.

Great holiday home and facilities.

Great apartment with everything you need for a lovely quiet holiday. Extremely well looked after and very clean. Sun on balcony all day, lovely clean pool with sunbeds available all day. Florence and Alan are lovely landlords who are always happy to help. I would book their apartment again if my next holiday is in Puerto del Carmen.

Just suited us perfectly

The apartment was absolutely ideal....balcony a suntrap.The complex is only a five minute walk or so from promenade front but it is so peaceful.Residents there are so friendly.The apartment has everything you could actually need for your stay.There was milk,water and biscuits left for your arrival....very thoughtful.We had a brilliant fortnight in Lanzarote!!

Spotless apartment. Easy check in. Loved the big tv! Fab full kitchen and nice to see water and tea etc as a little welcome gift which was appreciated. Great to be able to eash our clothes too! Fantastic area just upnfrom the strip so really quiet and a really convenient supermarket over the road which was really useful!Unfortunate problems with water on 2 days. Water pressure completely dropped which left us with no water. Florence did find the issue but it did happen again. She did allow us to use another apartment for showers and to use the loo which i was thankful for but it wasnt ideal. We werent able to finish the washing up before we left unfortunately which i would always normally do.I did really appreciate the late checkout too! Overall a lovely stay! Hasnt put me off booking again!

Great place to stay in Puerto del Carmen

Apartment is in a small complex well-located for supermarkets and the seafront. It has everything you might need and although the sun doesn't reach the terrace until late afternoon in February, there's always a sunbed by the pool. Florence is a great host. Always happy to help and answer questions.

Perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay in Puerto del Carmen. The accommodation corresponded to the pictures and was very clean. Florence was always available and answered questions quickly. The area is beautiful and quiet, the playa is within easy walking distance. Overall we were very satisfied and would always come back.

Great stay

Property just as described. TV much bigger than one in photo. Lovely apartment, comfy bed and balcony had sun from 10 a.m onwards. Few minutes from a couple of Spars, and only a couple of minutes further to the strip. Florence very helpful and easy to contact, and would definitely love to return.

Lovely quiet apartment.

Florence met us at the apartment to hand over the keys,then left us to enjoy our stay. The apartment is in a quiet part of PDC with a small pool with plenty of sun loungers. There was always parking outside the gate,which is a massive plus for us,plenty of UK tv channels too. A very comfortable apartment and would definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay. We stayed in this property for 2 nights only due to a problem with no water. This particuar apartment only had water very intermittently so we had to use the showers in another apartment. This was not good enough, so we said we would like to move to that apartment as the water was constant there. Overall the first property was nice, but the one we moved to was better. Florence was very helpful to accommodate our request to move to another apartment. The site was lovely and quiet, the pool was great for a cool down, and we would go to this complex again.

Lovely apartment

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Florence who gave us a quick tour and explained to us how the TV worked etc.The apartment was spotless with all the requirements needed for a wonderful stay.The complex was quiet and friendly and within a short stroll to loads of restaurants and shops.We would love to return in the future. We stayed at Florence apartment she met us on arrival and explained everything to me and my sister about apartment which had everything you needed and more in a sc apartment which was spotlessly clean I couldn’t fault this accommodation at all Florence even arranged our taxi transfer Back to airport I would highly recommend and will definitely return once again thankyou Florence

A great holiday experience

The property was as described We had asked if we could check in early and check out late and Florence said that it was no problem.When we arrived Florence was there to meet us and show us around the apartment which she had stocked with groceries which was a great help and anytime she was about she made it a point to see if we needed anything and ask about holiday.The complex is small and well kept and is ideal for couples looking for a quite time.The pool is deep and would be of no use to non swimmers .Plenty of sunbeds so no need to rush out for one.Great terrace to relax or have a meal.Not far from beach and main strip ideal location.I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great holiday experience.

Originally from Ireland, we have lived in Lanzarote for many years now and our own apartment is just across the street, so we are always on hand should you need anything. We are well travelled ourselves and my husband and I love to welcome new guests and share our local knowledge.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We try to keep our apartments as cosy and well equipped as possible - you´ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are in a quiet location but have the convenience of being just 600 meters away from the main avenida with all the shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. The more traditional old town is also just a short a walk away, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
