Villa Luxe is one of the most comprehensively equipped villas in the Costa Del Sol. As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Situated 350m from the Royal Golf Course in Guadalmina Baja, beachside of AP7 autopista, this 5-bedroomed executive villa spanning 240 m2 has just been totally renovated and redeveloped by the team from the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham UK – a hugely acclaimed, TripAdvisor 5* rated luxury hotel. Sensitively and tastefully executed with no expense spared, this contemporary boutique villa takes the premium villa rental experience available in Puerto Banus to a completely new level. Nestling in a quiet enclave, just a short walk from the beach, the local supermarket, shops and restaurants, the villa is only 4 minutes by car from Puerto Banus.
Automatic electric entrance gates lead to the garage and off-road parking for two cars. Beautifully furnished, the villa offers flexible family accommodation for up to 10 guests via 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (two with shower, two with full size bathtub) and 1 cloakroom. Four double bedrooms are situated in the main house; the poolside guest cabana in the garden offers a further double bedroom with ensuite. The large 30 m2 kitchen is superbly equipped and has a central island to seat 3 guests and a dining area to accommodate a further 8. The villa is equipped with a heated pool and floors, making the villa very comfortable during colder months.
A japanese style obscure-glazed integrated sliding wall leads from the dining kitchen into a main living room of over 40m2. Here a 50' Flatscreen TV with sound bar offers over 200 channels and fast internet connection. (three ensuite bedrooms also have satellite tv and sound
bar) Beyond, a two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto the decked terrace, south facing garden and a 12 m turquoise, infinity style swimming pool (heated by arrangement). Eight professional hotel standard sun loungers, top quality sunshades and tables make it a perfect place to relax.
Elsewhere a spacious pergola area with large table, additional seating and sunshades provides attractive al fresco dining for 10 persons. A further lawned seating area is adjacent. Although conveniently located, the villa retains its own privacy. Discrete screening ensures you will not be overlooked.
Whilst the perfect fully air conditioned villa for the summer months (with additional electric ceilings fans) it remains welcoming all year round with heated floors, a log fire burner and double glazing with electric security shutters throughout.
Please ask if you would like the pool to be heated during your stay. This is an additional supplement of 70 Euros per day.
