This lovely one bedroom apartment is located in the 8th district of Paris very close to the 17th district. The metro stop Villiers on the line 3 and 2 is a short 5 minute walk away. The beautiful Park Monceau is also a 5 minute walk away. There is a lively open market near the metro station and many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The Space:
This chic 1BDR / 696sqft-65m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a luxurious Haussmannian building, both the living area and the bedroom overlook a quiet courtyard.
Guests are greeted by an entry hall that gives on to a spacious living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a walk in closet and large en suite. The en suite has both a shower and a bathtub and WC. The bed can be made up as either a king size bed or two twin beds.  Please note there is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the researched area close to Parc Monceau, this apartment is located in the chic 8th District.

Here, you'll find plenty of Haussman buildings, some museums like Musée Cernushi and Jacquemart-André (both ancient magnificent Hotels particuliers).

The 8th district is full life not only for the families with young children living there, but also because plenty of companies have moved in here, and also known international banks (after the Brexit).

Also, Gare Saint Lazare is close.
From here you can also visit the north side of France and visit cities like Rouen and Deauville!

-The apartment does not have a sofa bed, but rather many comfortable arm chairs
