Even in winter

Had a nice stay. Apartment has the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental. Communication with the host was outstanding. Neighborhood is typical French not fancy or touristy, but easy walking and métro access to everything.

Great location, well stocked, and great atmosphere.

The location was great. It was just myself and my adult daughter. We were able to easily metro all over the city. The apartment was well stocked and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Good apartment and nice area.

When we checked in, nobody was around and we were unable to contact anyone and it was very bewildering. Nice apartment. We enjoyed the area and it’s accessibility to all of the places we wanted to go.

Perfect Paris Stay

I was solo traveling and this was the perfect place to land each day. Full kitchen with a clothes washer and the porch is lovely. I felt really safe and the property manager was lovely!

Cozy and great location

It was easy to find, located within a block of a street with lots of restaurants and theaters. We slept with windows open so was a bit on the louder side when people were queuing for shows or the theaters let out, but that doesn’t bother me. Would stay again if I were to return to this neighborhood.

Great Location

The location is great, we walked everywhere, even to the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was great. It faces the morning sun, but is good for afternoon and evening meals.l loved it.

Sweet spot

Fantastic location, great for walking, metro, and food. The Senegalese crepe place across the street is amazing. Jad is extremely helpful with logistics questions. The balcony makes it even better! Sure, it can be loud, but you’re next to an iconic theater! It’s a perfect little getaway.

Great little apartment

Fully stocked kitchen and close to grocery stores, fruit & vegetable stands, butcher and bakeries. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby also. Less than 5 minute walk to the metro. Bed is a pullout sofa but we found it comfortable enough for a 6 night stay. Street noise can be loud at times but we like the city noises so we had the windows open, but most of the noise goes away when you close the windows. Best part is the balcony that we spent every mourning with our coffee and croissants. Owner communication was great!

Authentic experience

A beautiful and cozy place to stay in a stunning part of town with a beautiful view of the neighborhood and short walk to so many amazing historic places in Paris. The building was very safe with double locked entry. An elevator is available for easy transport upstairs. I highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Charming Parisian pied-à-terre

If you’re looking for an authentic Parisian experience, this sweet studio apartment feels very much like borrowing a friend’s pied-à-terre (in all the good ways). The location is excellent — it’s very close to Rue Montorgueil with all its wonderful food shops and restaurants (and excellent coffee at Noir!), So many destinations in surrounding arrondissements are walkable or an easy Metro ride away, with the closest stop just meters away at the nearest corner. Yes, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings with the Rex next door, but that’s part of being in a city center. We relaxed and enjoyed that charming little balcony. And although we didn’t meet him in person, Jad was an excellent host: communication was attentive and efficient.

Centrally located

The underground was closed because of a strike. Thank God We got this apartment because it was centrally located and was not more than a one hour walk to anywhere that was important to see in Paris. And, the balcony was wonderful and had a beautiful view. This is pretty rare to have this in Paris

Perfect Parisian Vacation!

This apartment is in an incredible location, with so many restaurants, boulangeries, grocery stores and shops right outside the door. It is also less than a five minute walk to many metro stations. We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon the Seine in less than fifteen minutes. The apartment itself, although small, was perfect for the two of us for a week and a half stay. The balcony was a dream! We spent many mornings and evenings out there. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and we were able to cook various meals for ourselves. Nadia was very welcoming upon our arrival and Jad was very responsive through messages. I highly recommend this property!

The best apartment in Paris

I travel regularly to Paris, and have stayed in more apartments here than I can count. Without question, this is the best I have ever visited. Jad and Nadia are attentive, polite, and helpful. The location is phenomenal—you are two minutes from the metro, and fifteen minutes from everything in the city. There are a dozen exquisite restaurants at every price point within walking distance of the apartment, and shopping convenient for forgotten items, souvenirs, fresh produce and flowers and wine. The balcony is perfect for breakfast with a lovely view. The apartment features everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including washer/dryer, iron, dishwasher, fully apportioned kitchen, and enough Paris charm to power ten thousand memories. I am so delighted by my stay, and look forward to staying here again.

Parisian Pied a Terre

The apartment is s thoughtfully appointed with charm and grace. It is small, for sure but the balcony and the view makes it feel spacious and comfortable. Having a small kitchen and laundry helped us pretend to be residents. It is a simple pleasure being able to have our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the balcony. The neighborhood is LOUD - as other guests have noted. It is a busy busy area and noises continued through the night. It didn’t bother me most nights but I recommend bringing noise cancellation headphones or earplugs. The metros are very close and easy to use, and we walked to most places most days.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Jad's place in Paris for a week. It was wonderful. The apartment is just as nice if not nicer than the pictures on VRBO. It is well laid out and for a Paris studio it felt large. The most special part for us was the view and the terrace. We spent every morning and most evenings having our coffee or wine and food on the terrace just enjoying looking at the beautiful old Paris buildings/streets. We have stayed in this part of Paris before, and while the entire city is a special place, this is so far our favorite area. There is a enjoyable walk down small streets to the Seine that are filled with lively cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. It is also literally around the corner from the metro which is a single ride to the Eiffel tower. We plan to return to Paris and will stay here again if it is available. Greg & Natalia

Absolutely perfect!

As a woman traveling alone, I was really particular about where I was staying, and I have to say this apartment was absolutely perfect. Perfect size and the balcony was AMAZING (I used it every day). I loved the neighborhood - tons of cafes and bars within a short walking distance and felt very safe even coming home at night, because it was a busy enough area with people always around. I will say if you're not used to being in a city, it can feel loud, so bring earplugs for sleeping if you need it. Coming from NY, it didn't feel particularly loud to me. Communication was amazing, both with Jad and Nadia, including meeting Nadia at the apartment in person for my checkin, and even having the apartment available earlier than posted because my flight arrived early. Cannot recommend this place enough, and I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Paris!

The process of getting in was very easy and straight forward. The flat was well cleaned, and Nadia was extremely friendly. The only draw backs is that we stayed for 2 weeks so we had a lot of luggage and the flat is very small but we made it work. The other thing is that the new Grand Rex theater (that seems to hold a lot of people), club and, escape room draws some unwanted noisy guests in the early morning am. There is a huge line to get into the theater that goes on it seems forever right underneath the flat. So it was a bit noisy during these times and to get to the flat you have to go through the line. One good thing is there is a street that offer a lot of cafes and shopping just a couple of blocks to the right. Al in all it was a great stay. We used the balcony a lot.

Very nice, charming apartment in Paris

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here. It was exactly like the pictures showed. It had an awesome balcony that you could walk onto or simply leave the windows open and enjoy the view. It was very bright, sunny, and airy. Everything was very modern in the apartment, including kitchen, bathroom/shower, and had very convenient washing machine and drying rack. Check in process was very smooth. Jad was very quick to respond and contacted me via WhatsApp which was great since wifi messaging was easier to use once we arrived in Paris. He gave super clear instructions on what to expect, how to access the apt and even sent pictures which was incredible. The apartment included things like soap, condiments/simple cooking ingredients, extra towels - which we've experienced most places we've stayed in Europe do not even give hand soap and charge for an extra towel. We loved the apt and surrounding neighborhood, it had cute cafes and shopping and a 4 minute walk to nearby Metro station. I would definitely recommend this apartment with 5 stars and would stay here again if ever back in Paris.
