El apartamento con terraza de una habitación y un baño está ubicado en el centro de Barcelona, a 100 metros de las Ramblas y a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza de Catalunya, los principales atractivos de la ciudad.



Dispone de aire acondicionado caja fuerte y conexión Wi-Fi gratuitas.



Este apartamento ha sido completamente reformado en un estilo elegante y de buen gusto para combinar a la perfección comodidad con diseño de interiores.



El salón dispone de un cómodo sofá que se convierte en una cama doble, una zona comedor equipado con sillas y un televisión vía satélite. La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, tostadora, cafetera, hervidora eléctrica para te, lavavajillas y lavadora.



El dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha



Se proveen toallas y ropa de cama a la llegada.



Este apartamento no dispone de parking privado. Sin embargo, se encuentra un parking público a unos 300 metros del apartamento.



No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas de soltero/a.



La Tasa Turística no está incluida en el precio del apartamento. Tiene un coste de 6.05€ por adulto y noche hasta llegar a un máximo de siete noches.



Nuestra Recepción se encuentra en el número 1 del Passatge Sert, donde debe recoger su llave entre las 9.00 y las 20.00 de lunes a viernes ( excepto festivos de lunes a viernes ). Si su entrada es en sábado o domingo ( o festivo entre semana ) la recogida de llaves es en la calle Aribau 228. El horario de apertura es de 09.00 a 20.00.Auto check in con el teléfono móvil a partir de las 15.00



Las entradas a partir de las 21:00h se hacen presencialmente en los apartamentos y tienen un coste extra de 30€.

We thought the pictures looked good on the site, but when we walked into this apartment, our jaws dropped! The kitchen is extremely modern. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. And there was even a half bath that we did not expect. But then, we walked out onto our own private patio. Oh my! Every single night we took a bottle of wine and sat out there at the table with the little fish in the water fountain, all of the lights twinkling, and the feeling of being in a private island. What an oasis! Needless to say everything was spotless. We plan on coming back to Barcelona again and will definitely stay here. Our only wish is that when we were in Madrid, we would’ve stayed with the same company.

Apartment is just like the photos. Very well laid out with nice amenities and 2 bathrooms was a plus. Plenty of space to relax. Someone had selected Ukrainian for the language on the living room TV so it took some effort to figure out how to switch back to Spanish or English. Only negative is the outside noise that echoes down the narrow street and it was a bit difficult for us to find the correct unit in the building.

You could'nt ask for a more accomdating, well-located, modern yet classic apartment just off La Rambla! We loved this place, with its own terrace, pond, and vegetation, on a historic by way in the Old City.

Fantastic property in the Gothic district

This properly far surpassed our expectations. It was a lovely place for our family to stay. We especially loved the terrace overlooking Petritxol and enjoyed meals and wine there. The apartment was well appointed, and we cooked dinner and breakfasts in the kitchen during our stay. The location could not have been better, and it was only minutes to walk to local sites. We highly recommended this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Nice kitchen, and large space for the gothic quarter….can’t beat the location. It was clean too!Check-in is a hassle if you don’t have WiFi 18hrs beforehand. Lots of forms to fill out, passports/photos of everyone staying was annoying when working from a phone with spotty internet. We were promised a 3pm check in, but digital keys were not sent out until nearly 4pm. Again, annoying when the wife and kid are ready to access after a long day of travel. A sheet for the sofa bed was requested, never received.Good stay, good space, great location. Be ready to release all passports and photos of your child and play “escape room” upon arrival!

My husband and I spent five nights in this fabulous apartment. Everything about it was perfect, from the spacious rooms to the fabulous terrace! The apartment was close to so much of what we wanted to see in this beautiful city. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Spacious Place in a Great Location

This apartment was a great size for 2 of us in a fantastic location-just around the corner from Las Ramblas and other great neighborhoods. The washer/dryer were greatly appreciated as we were traveling in Europe for 2 weeks. When you go to check in Ola Living can store you luggage a Shae a place to change clothes. The check in is about 10-15 walk to the apartment.

It’s a nice apartment, spacious, fully renovated. If you are looking to staying in the Gothic Q this it! Keep in mind it can be noise at night. The only thing I would improve are the beds.

Immersed in the culture

We stayed here for two days, from Saturday, August 10, to Monday, August 12, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and ideally located in the heart of the city. The terrace was an excellent relaxing spot to take in the vibrant surroundings. It was the perfect base for immersing ourselves in the local culture. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience and comfort. The front staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi, as it was a bit difficult to get a cab at the time of our check-in. However, they fixed the issue, and we got a taxi and checked into the fantastic apartment.

Best Location in Barcelona

We took our 14 yo daughter on this wonderful Barcelona trip and stayed at this beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, bing very close to everything, either by walking, taking the bus or the metro. We did not hear much noise as some other guests have commented, but it can be a little too quiet at night as it is on a small street. Often when we returned late… we have to be careful to look around a bit before entering the building. Other than this minor inconvenience, the apartment is wonderful and at the best location in Barcelona.

A true taste of Barcelona !!

This property is perfectly located to experience the taste of old Spain with cobblestone streets and beautiful buildings decorated with old unique painted stones.. beautiful doors and small shops. The apartment itself is sooooo nice !! Especially the outdoor patio !( I could have stayed there all week and just listened to the sounds of those below!). The bed and pillows were very very comfortable and to wake up to the sounds of the church bells and view of the street just an experience alone! The space is truly beautiful. Towels plentiful which was nice ! ( and they smell great !) The kitchen is very adequately stocked .Good blow dryer (Important for us ladies ). The only minor thing that could use some translated directions is how to use the washer and the microwave :). But all in all I would stay here again and again !!.

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment

The beautiful apartment is in a wonderful location in the Gothlic quarter on a street with famous chocolate cafes. You are right in middle of things amid narrow winding alley ways with lots of shopping, squares with cafes, and just 2 minutes from the famous La Rambla. The apartment is an old building with wonderful historic touches, in particular the beautiful private courtyard with fountain. And a beautifully renovated and modern interior. It was exactly as pictured. Only negative we noted was that the host company did not provide cooking or cleaning items, like coffee, sugar, napkins, or paper towels. And the essentials provided were skimpy--two small hotel soaps, only a few extra rolls of toilet paper, one laundry pod. But that was a minor inconvenience for a fabulous place. We highly recommend.

The absolute best location in Barcelona

We were in Barcelona for a week after a Viking cruise and are very happy with our choice of accommodations. This property is centrally located in the historic Old Town, Bari Gotic, the Gothic district. We were able to walk most of Rick Steve's routes easily and were in the middle of shops, restaurants, tapas and pinxos bars, cathedrals and markets. The apartment was located on the second floor and had a large ceramic tiled terrace, complete with goldfish in a fountain. It was lovely to eat breakfast alfresco every morning. There is a conventional grocery store, Carrefores nearby, and the famous Market just a few blocks away. The kitchen is very modern, but the operation of the oven/microwave was difficult to figure out with no instructions. We also had a challenge figuring out the washer/dryer, no instructions, so consequently we didn't do any laundry. The apartment has modern decor, with original ceiling artwork and beautiful original patterned floor tiling. Each room has beautiful glass doors opening onto the terrace. All in all, a very lovely place to stay

Great location in Gothic Quarter

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable week at this apartment. The location was great for exploring the city. Just walking out the front door, you’re in the middle of the old town. It is close to Las Ramblas ( can be a bit noisy at night) and public transportation to make exploring the city very easy. The unit itself is beautiful with a large patio which we enjoyed very much in the evenings with a glass of wine. There’s a fairly large supermarket close by as well as lots of restaurants. Despite being in a very busy tourist area, the building felt very safe. You have to pass through two entry doors with electronic keys before even getting into the stairwell ( there’s also an elevator) to get to the individual units. There’s a safe in the apartment ( not common in a vacation rental) The unit itself is very spacious and modern. It has the basic kitchen equipment and dishes. My only negative is that unlike in most vacation rentals, there were no basic supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, etc. If we had wanted to actually cook, we would have had to buy a whole bunch of things just to throw them out at the end of our stay. The provided starter pack for kitchen was also a little too basic. Only one laundry pod and two dishwasher tablets. Not enough for a week’s stay. We ended up buying some of those things and hopefully the next renter gets to enjoy them. Overall though it was a wonderful apartment and we would definitely stay there again.

O local é sensacional perto de tudo : pontos turísticos, metrô , lojas e supermercado ! Da pra fazer praticamente tudo a pé O apartamento é lindo com todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para uma estadia um pouco mais longa ! Adorei o micro ondas que tb é forno elétricos! Precisei acessar o manual pela internet para entender a dupla funcionalidade! Minha perocupacao só foi relacionada a chave digital disponilizada ao longo da estadia! Como a mesma é acesssda através do cel / aplicativo fiquei receosa q o meu cel ficasse sem bateria ou outro problema sem.poder entra no ap ! Sugestao é possibilitar q mais um membro da familia / grupo possa ter tb a chave digital como um plano B !
