Luminoso y moderno apartamento en el centro de la ciudad

Apartamento reformado en agosto 2016 de 2 dormitorios y un baño se encuentra en pleno corazón de la ciudad, a tan solo pocos metros de Las Ramblas y del conocido Portal del Ángel, y al lado de la iglesia de Santa Anna.



Hay que subir una estrecha escalera de 29 escalones para llegar al ascensor.



El salón dispone de televisión de pantalla plana, mesa comedor con sillas y acceso a un balcón que da a una famosa calle comercial del centro de la ciudad. La cocina se encuentra integrada y completamente equipada.



El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio está dotado con dos camas individuales.



El baño dispone de ducha.



Se proveen toallas y ropa de cama a la llegada.



Los apartamentos pueden variar en cuanto a la decoración y distribución de los espacios pero todos tienen las mismas características generales. A su llegada se le asignará un apartamento concreto.



No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas de soltero/a.

Nice central location, but because of that a bit noisy. The bell tolls from am to pm every 30 minutes, which is charming but impossible to sleep in. Having additional roll or two of toilet paper, napkins and a salt shaker on the property would make things easier a bit.

Three nights in Barcelona - great location!

Very well located place to stay in the Gothic Quarter nestled between La Rambla and Avda. del Portal de l'Àngel on a pedestrian alley. Convenient to many bakeries for breakfast items, convenience stores for your immediate needs. Walking distance to many tourist areas. The apartment itself is comfortable and updated and stock with necessities. Great communication from our host and even arranged a taxi for us for our departure. One thing to note if you have more than two staying here, stagger your showers or you may run out of hot water. All in all this was a great and convenient place for us to stay. It served us well.

Couldn't ask for a better location

This was our first time in Barcelona, and the location is right in the middle of everything. The property was updated and had everything we needed. Very small bathroom and one bedroom only had two twin beds, but for just the two of us it was fine. Bells start going off at 8 in the morning, so definitely recommend a sound machine app! The trickiest part, as I've seen other travelers also mention in the reviews, was the electronic key on the app. I was working on wifi only, so if I wasn't on wifi I wasn't able to open the app to get the Bluetooth key open. Once we signed on the first time I was able to reach wifi in the doorway, but before that I had to call customer support (again from another phone since I could not call off of wifi). They picked up and were very helpful. It would have been even better if they had the wifi information on the check in email. Thanks so much for a great stay overall! Felt very safe and would highly recommend.

What a Freaking Nightmare

This place was an absolute nightmare. If you do not have to rent with them do not. Find other options unless they’re the last resort. They insist on using an app to give you a room key. Only because we went to the actual location to pick up keys did they give our party of four adults two card keys. When we asked for more they said, “No,” you have use the app for each to have access. We downloaded the app. They recorded our phone numbers and they sent us the access codes we needed to get into the room. They never told us what room we were in nor did the reservation ever say what room we were in. When we got to the actual building, there was a woman almost in tears who couldn’t even get into the building. They refused to talk to her on the phone and told her that she needed to communicate to them through a messaging app. I did have their phone number and gave it to her, but they told her they were busy and they needed the phone for other clients and to only communicate to them via messaging. The day we left another party was going through the same thing. Each took a couple of hours to get in. The shower leaking issue identified last year by a renter has not been fixed. We can see the water damage on the molding and doors. I was stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes. I called the rental company first. When I called back after 30 minutes the company said it would be fixed when it is fixed. I called Fire Dept. The repair guy was standing outside because he could not get in

Beautiful apartment!

Not only is the property amazing and even better than described, the management was extremely helpful when one of my friends ended up getting locked out. The apartment itself is in the cutest, lively neighborhood. I highly recommend this listing to traveling groups.

Cute apartment in the best location in Barcelona. Some step up to the elevator, but not a problem. Ask for a key. The app does not work for the self check in. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again

Checkin process needs to be improved

The digital key process was slow and hard to connect to. I had to use international data to checkin and get the digital key. The process does not consider international travelers and would be much easier with an actual key

Decent apartment but not the location for us

The apartment was okay, it met our needs. The location was too loud and crowded and the street was too smelly to sit outside on the balcony. The location was quite central to everything and close to public transportation, especially close to the airport shuttle. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean enough.

Ideal Barcelona Accommodation

We found this apartment perfectly situated for our 4 day stay in Barcelona. The apartment worked really well for our family with 2 teens. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils although we didn't cook. The location was key and we had coffee shops and shopping right outside our door. The noise from the street was not an issue for us. Luggage storage and Tourist Information are conveniently located nearby. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend, especially for a family with the 2 rooms. The sofa was not comfortable for seating. Location is key here.

Well-Located Apartment

This apartment is very centrally located in the gothic quarter of Barcelona. The bedrooms are comfortable, but small. It has air conditioning, which works well and was much appreciated after days outside in the summer. It is on the 3rd floor, which requires you to climb at least 29 steps in order to reach a small elevator that takes you the rest of the way up. The elevator is slow and, thus, we normally just walked all the way to the third floor. However, if you have your luggage or if you are not in good shape, walking to the third floor would be difficult. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed, and there is also a washing machine. There are a number of bakeries, markets, and restaurants close by. The only negative note is that the apartment is located quite close to a church. While the church bells were lovely to hear in the evening, they would wake you early in the morning without ear plugs. We were fine because we had some. However, you wouldn’t want to stay here without them unless you are a very early riser. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
