One-bedroom apartment with a double bed and a bathroom located just a few minutes' walk from Catalonia Square, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and the Born neighbourhood. 50 metres from the apartment is the Palau de la Música, and nearby you will find the Liceu Theatre, the City Hall in Sant Jaume Square, the Cathedral, and other city attractions.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and also has Wi-Fi internet connection, partial air conditioning, and a safe.
The living room is a spacious area equipped with a sofa bed, television and a table with chairs. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.
The bedroom has a double bed.
The rustic-style bathroom is equipped with a bathtub
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). Perfect Location, Nice Apartment
Couldn't ask for a better location. Right next to Palau de la Musica, walking distance to Born, La Rambla, Marcado de la Boqueria, Picasso Museum, metro stations. Great Food everywhere. 3rd floor walkup in a quiet building. The apartment has a wall mounted AC that keeps the place cool. We had a great stay, would rent again.

Great Home Base near the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona
Long walks in the morning from was one of my favorite thing to do here as it is close to many interesting things to see. The Palau d Musica becomes your close-to-home landmark. At night, the small Carrer it is on is very well lit up. There are 4 or 5 smaller markets nearby and 2 larger ones (Carrefour and Lidl). Great cafes and restaurants nearby too: Rosa Negra and Luigis.
