This semi-detached cottage rests near Eynsham, Oxfordshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Kingfisher, 2 The Old Stables is a semi-detached property resting on the outskirts of Eynsham in Oxfordshire. It comes with two double bedrooms, together sleeping four people and served by a family bathroom and a ground-floor wet room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is an enclosed gravelled area with table and chairs and barbecue, as well as off-road parking. Kingfisher, 2 The Old Stables is a wonderful property for exploring this part of England.

Amenities: Oil underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed gravel area with table and chairs and gas barbecue. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: The village of Eynsham dates back to the Bronze Age and rests on the north bank of the River Thames just five miles from the university city of Oxford. Within the village, you will find a whole host of amenities, including a family butcher, traditional pubs and village shop. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a plethora of walks within the area, as well as as canoeing, kayaking, horse riding, golf and fishing. The city of Oxford, promises a wonderful day out, where you can visit the oldest university teaching room, Bodleian Library, Botanic Gardens and museums.

A clean, pleasant property with everything we could need. Downside for us, on a very hot week in July, was the proximity to the farm- the smells & flies in the property.

Peaceful, beautiful rural location near Thames path. Clean with all the facilities you would want in self catering. So much to do in the area if you want / we visited the uffington white horse one evening, walked to the Thames most days along the Thames path as well as visiting Oxford (drove to P&R); we chose to eat in mostly as so quiet and peaceful but could have gone to many nearby villages for meals out in country pubs, some in the Thames banks.

Probably the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. Such a fantastic property on the farm! So clean and cosy really enjoyed my stay. 100% recommend and will be coming back again! Thank you so much
