Luxury Resort Style Mckinney Home & FUN! Perfect location to Dallas, Frisco, etc

Our home couldn't be more perfect for an amazing time in Mckinney! Family reunions, girls-weekends, large families who want to get away for a retreat to a fun area, church groups, corporate weekends - its a perfect location for D/FW!

Our home is located in one of the few heavily tree'd areas in DF/W with close access to both 75 and 121, so its easy and quick to get anywhere fun and super easy to get to Frisco, Plano, Dallas, its a straight shot right out of our neighborhood unlike most that require you to wind out of many neighborhoods through traffic and the bulk of the towns (homes in Frisco and downtown Mckinney) We have walking trails around a beautiful lake area, but they also lead to shops and restaurants. We are within 7-10 min drive from downtown Mckinney and all of those fun local restaurants, boutique shops and antique stores, the farmers market on Saturdays...without the safety concerns of staying off of the downtown area. Our area is extremely safe and close to everything! Head to downtown Mckinney or Adriatica for a day of shopping and yummy treats, then home to your own huge, private resort home. We are a straight shot down 75 and 121, so between here and Dallas, its easy to find a myriad of amazing shopping experiences, and dining delights! Dallas has eclectic, cultural and outdoor fun, with so many fantastic restaurants, then you can retreat out of the city for space and relaxing atmosphere.

Open the door to a sweeping staircase with a floorplan that is designed for fun and relaxation! Upstairs you'll find 3 roomy bedrooms all with flat screen TV's, and two full bathrooms and a large gameroom overlooking the hills of Mckinney.
The gameroom has a 65 inch 4K flat screen for movie nights and sports with comfy furniture and a foosball table for fun! Each bathroom invites you with luxury products, fluffy towels and 3 sinks so nobody is on top of each other and we include high-end French toiletries for your enjoyment. All 4 bathrooms have new, wonderful rain-shower style shower heads for a spa experience. Lots of light, and the noise is kept separate from the rest of the house.
Downstairs, a beautiful custom kitchen stocked with all you need for snacks and meals and an eat-in area means you never have to eat out (but with so many amazing restaurants in walking distance, or in downtown Mckinney, you'll want to do both)! A bar for chatting and cooking together, a wine fridge, and a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer marry home and vacation together. We also have a highchair stores for the little ones. A downstairs bedroom decorated in serene colors and a beautiful view of the gorgeous green Mckinney boasts most of the year and stores the queen air mattress and the pack-n-play for the youngest in your group! A full bathroom (shower, no tub) and an office with a queen size pull-out couch keep these guests separated from the bedrooms for a quiet, restful environment. The living room has plenty of relaxing seating, a large flatscreen with for many movie nights, a gas fireplace, and all overlooking the gorgeous backyard and pool! The formal dining room soars and seats 10, with views also of the pool and covered porch with twinkle lights. And in its own wing, the master bedroom has a king bed, a seating area with a 50 inch flat screen TV and its own views of the pool, a master bathroom with a jetted tub and huge shower, mean luxurious baths every night. You can wind down in privacy, or wake up and have coffee in your own quiet wing.

The back yard has a covered porch with comfortable furniture to relax under the lights, a propane fire table for chilly evenings, and a fun chiminea. By the large in-ground pool, there are chaise loungers for catching up on your tan! A covered table and chairs for eating together as the sun sets. We have pool towels for your use, and a built in hot-tub means private stargazing with a glass on wine at night while the bubbles work out all the fun from the day! There is also an area with stone that leads to a fire-pit and seats around it for making s'more's and telling campfire stores. And plenty of yard left for throwing a ball, or an outdoor picnic. There is a basketball in case a game of hoops breaks out on the driveway!

In the winter, warm yourself by the chiminea on the patio, or by the fire in the firepit area, then climb into the hot tub. Then come inside to sit by the fire, on those cool, crisp Autumn or winter nights! (we do not allow for the pool to be heated)

You will have use of all our luxury linens and towels, beach towels, and fully stocked kitchen with everything from a Nespresso coffee machine, crock pot, bread maker, waffle maker, panini griddle, blender, stainless pots and pans, and everything you could possible need for entertaining. This home truly has it all for large groups!

Please note, we have everything neat, clean tidy and put away, but a few closets and the garage will be locked.
**WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS unless agreed upon, and NEVER PETS. We have outdoor camera's set up pointed away from the house, and if we find any of our rules have been broken, we will immediately cancel the stay and require immediate removal from the property.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed
Office - Queen size pull-out (we upgraded the mattress to a memory foam mattress, so its comfy)
Upstairs:
Bedroom 3 - Full size bed
Bedroom 4 - Full size bed
Bedroom 5 - Full size bed
Gameroom - Queen Pull out bed with memory foam mattress. This bed will not be made up, but the linens to accomodate it will be out.
Sleeping option 6 - There are also 2 Queen size luxury air mattresses that accomodate nicely in the gameroom, living room and/or master if needed.
You're also welcome to sleep an additional 2 or 3 people on the living and gameroom couches if you desire-those were *not* counted into the number, but we need to be made aware of additional guests PRIOR to the stay!
Disclosure: We have outdoor (only) camera's facing away from the home for the back yard (liability for safety) and over the front entry, and facing out the on the driveway. We have NO indoor camera's.
