Villa Kounoupas, with pool & views, near the beach

Indoors:
Ground Floor
Villa Kounoupas extends on 2 levels. Simply decorated yet at the same time with features that create a sense of Greek hospitality.
First Floor
Entering the first level, there is a comfortable 8 people dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a small bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and TV, and of course the fully equipped kitchen.
Second Floor
Going up the stairs to the second level, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. At the end of the stairs on your left-hand side, there is the bedroom with the 2 single, green beds.
Closet, air-conditioning, and night tables are some of the amenities of this bedroom.
Next to it, the bedroom with the 2 single blue beds is there. It is the largest bedroom and can easily fit a baby grin or an extra bed.
Bathroom with bathtub and amenities which secure your comfortable stay.
Last but not least is the fourth bedroom with a double bed. Due to the light pink color that is spread all over from sunlight coming through the curtains, it is considered the most romantic one.
All bedrooms have separate balconies with exquisite views of Cretan nature. Big fields with olive oil trees, the haughty Cretan mountains, and the tranquility of village life compose a unique picture.
A big protected from any wind terrace will become a meeting point as there are a large dining table and a hammock, to enjoy a mid-day siesta under the characteristic, Greek-summer noise of birds and tzitzikia (cicadas).
Outdoors:
A newly built swimming pool lies on your right-hand side when entering the house.
Securing privacy, sunbeds, and umbrellas have been placed on the northeast side of the house, to feel safe and free to enjoy the sun. Available for our guests is, of course, an outdoor shower.
The barbeque area has been strategically placed with a direct connection to the house, so it will be convenient to prepare and enjoy your meals.
A large, outdoor table with chairs is placed near the barbeque. Parking space is available on sight, which can be exclusively used by Villa Kounoupas guests. When the night falls, small solar-powered lights illuminate the site.
Guest access
Guests can have access to every room of the house apart from the external storage which is locked and used only by the owners.
Things to note
the safety of our guests is very important to us. Therefore, we implement and follow cleaning and safety protocols as issued to us by the Greek government. In the villa, are available and offered to the guests: disposable masks, rubber gloves, and antiseptic.
