GreenLand villa is a brand new house, surrounded by nature!
Its unique layout offers access to the real world and privacy at the same time!
Located on the main road of the village named Houmeri, gives easy access to the house, without revealing its monadic outdoor area of the swimming pool, gardens, and barbeque area.
Feel the fresh air of the Cretan countryside! Your chance to enjoy the sun and live a wonderful experience meeting pure Cretan hospitality!
The space:
GreenLand villa has three bedrooms, one of which is an en suite. Six to eight people can be comfortably accommodated and because there are no stairs in the living area, is the ideal place for families with young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything one can wish for, while the bathrooms are spacious and ventilated with fresh air.
The dining area has a view of the swimming pool and the barbeque area, which are located at a different levels. Thus, many people can stay at the house without worrying that they might be on each other's way. There is an indoor stair that leads outdoors via a small kitchen area which is placed at the level of the pool. Also at that level, another bathroom is available, suitable for usage while one enjoys the swimming pool.

Our guests can have access to every room and space of GreenLand Villa.
Other things to note:
Safety was always important for us. Nowadays, we are changing and adjusting cleaning procedures, following the instructions of the Greek Government. Therefore, masks, rubber gloves, and antiseptics are available for the exclusive use of our guests.
