The living area is perfect for quiet evenings in, with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper for two additional guests. A bit dark because a rowhouse at ground level. And could use better instruction and batteries for living room TV, which we couldn't get to work.

Overall clean bed very comfortable and location was great. The shower wand holder needs replacing & kitchen picture window that overlooks garden courtyard needs cleaning. There was a slight mildew odor but being lower level it maybe common in area.
