Our top spec caravan is situated on a hillside with open views of the sea over the bay of Swanage and across to the hills towards Old Harry's Rock. The views from sofas and decking are breathtaking. A 15 minute walk to the town and sea front of Swanage and a 15 minute drive to the stunning Studland beach and ferry across to Sandbanks. There are multiple cliff top walks to Lighthouse and Durlston Castle and country park from caravan. Large Pool can be used on next holiday park with a fee.

Fabulous property

We had a perfect stay. The property was everything the information promised and more. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had wonderful views. The extra touches from Chris and Paul are very welcoming and their communication is great. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

High end caravan accommodation

This was the first time we have holidayed in a ‘caravan’ we did a last minute booking and our expectation was exceeded.. we had taken some supplies like bread and milk, but the owners had supplied bread, milk, marmalade, jam, eggs, coffee, tea, orange juice and a bottle of local wine, along with dishwasher tablets And cleaning supplies... everything had been thought of.. the caravan was spacious and luxurious and central heated. When the rain cleared the view was beautiful overlooking the sea.. the owners have thought of everything and although I had taken anti bacterial wipes, everything was spotless and wipes all provided..really impressed.. sItuation lends itself to a car and driving, which wasn’t an issue for us as was an ideal base for us and would definitely recommend...

A lovely friendly place

This property far outweighed our expectations. It is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views across Swanage bay from the lounge are spectacular. Well worth a visit and you will find Chris and Paul willing to help with anything you need.

Perfect relaxed week

Peaceful location with outstanding views

The caravan was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. It is modern , bright and has everything you will need for a perfect holiday. The views are outstanding and the site is well maintained and very quiet. We will definitely be coming back again! Thank you!

Immaculate Holiday Home

A great base for a Dorset Holiday. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had wonderful views over Swanage, there was even the odd glimpse of the steam train! Communication with the owners was straight forward, as were the directions to the property. Would highly recommend.

Perfect (again!)

This was the second time we've stayed at Chris and Paul's caravan and everything was superb. Check in and communication is smooth and simple and the caravan is a fantastic place to enjoy some peace and tranquility, while still being close to lots of great attractions and sightseeing spots. We'll be back!

Quality accommodation

This was the best caravan we have ever stayed in. Total luxury with every possible appliances you could wish for. Very spacious and comfortable. The area is a sightseers dream with so many beautiful places nearby. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent stay

Just got back from a week away in this amazing caravan. It was a real home from home, so clean, spacious and the views were to die for. An ideal base to explore this part of Dorset. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will defiantly be back. Thank you so much Paul and Chris for making our stay amazing.

Perfect, just perfect

Just returned from a 3 night stay, we just wanted to get away for a few days to switch off....... and we did! the cleanliness was second to none as was the facilities,, location, view. The pictures don’t do the property justice but we are working out when to go again! Thank you

Picture postcard views from a beautiful caravan.

We have recently returned home from a 7 night break in this stunning caravan. From the moment we walked in, it had a warm and homely feel and was immaculately clean with everything we could wish for. Beautiful views across to the sea and hearing the gentle sound of the steam train just added to our stay. The campsite is very quiet and within an easy drive to all the tourist attractions/places - it really was perfectly situated! We hope very much to book again for next year - cannot rate this little ‘gem’ highly enough!

Short break

We went for a 2 night short break. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, the cleanest we’ve ever had anywhere! Very nicely decorated and modern. The view to the sea was lovely too, shame the weather wasn’t up to much for us to enjoy sitting on the balcony with that view, though you can see from the sofa. Chris is very good with communicating, which was great. The location is a bit out of the way of Swanage seafront, a good 20 minute walk, and is really hilly. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Perfect Second Visit

Excellent in every way.

We have holidayed in Swanage for the last 15 years and a variety of accommodations. This is by far the BEST we have had. The caravan is immaculate, well equipped and very comfortable. The views are stunning and the wrap around decking gives perfect views of the Hills and the bay. The site is quiet and was perfect for us. A 20 minute walk to the promenade and everything you need for a perfect holiday. The checkin was painless and Chris and Paul had provided a welcome pack with essentials. The whole holiday was 100% perfect and we’ve told Chris and Paul we will be booking again for next year. Julian & Julie.

Beautifully furnished caravan in a great location

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2021, and have vowed to come back for longer! The caravan is beautifully furnished and feels extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for us as a couple, and we could easily imagine being happy staying with another 2 people as well. Everything was spotless, all the fittings are modern, the showers are nice, the bed was comfy, everything you would want from holiday accommodation. The open plan kitchen and lounge feels very spacious and opens out onto a terrace, all of which have lovely views of the sea. There is even a massive HD TV in the lounge! It's either a 20 minute (allbeit hilly) walk or a 5 minute (£3.50) taxi into Swanage, so well-located too. Can't fault it really, definitely recommend!

Room with a View

This was superb. The views were amazing . Chris and Paul had thought of everything you could need in this perfect Chalet. Their communication and welcome first class. Short walk into Town but be aware with the view comes a hill . We were fine with that. And look forward to our return.

Relaxing getaway

The caravan was spotlessly clean with everything you could want in it including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The position could not be better with views over the surrounding countryside and out across the bay. The wrap around decking and the side garden areas are sun traps where you can relax with a drink on the sun loungers or have a bite to eat at the patio table. There is also plenty to see and do in the local area. We had a great relaxing week here and would definitely recommend this caravan and site. The hosts were also excellent and very informative too.
