Millbrook lake is a haven for wildlife and many different species of birds can be seen feeding at different stages of the tide. Millbrook lake dries out at each tide exposing a rich food source for the native wading birds and gulls. For the avid angler there is no shortage of fishing opportunities.

Ancarva is a water front property and the new pontoon gives easy access to the sailing waters of the Tamar estuary and out into Plymouth sound. There are excellent local facilities for sailing and water sports and there really is something for everyone's ability.
