Islander Condo # 105 es una unidad de platino con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Esta unidad es perfecta si desea estar cerca de la piscina y no quiere luchar contra las escaleras o el ascensor. Es 50 pies de distancia de la piscina y el patio pasos a la hierba. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina se ha renovado recientemente con una barra abierta, gabinetes renovados, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable GE, con refrigerador grande de doble puerta con hielo en la puerta y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocción. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en el área de estar con muebles nuevos para ver el Smart TV de 47 "con acceso a cable digital y un reproductor de Streaming Blue Ray. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con ropa de cama nueva y moderna, colchón nuevo, alfombra nueva y TV de 32 ". El baño cuenta con tocadores renovados, encimeras de mármol y una ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 2 camas individuales con muebles modernos y un televisor de 27 "con reproductor Streaming Blue Ray y un combo de DVD / VCR. El baño de visitas se ha actualizado con una nueva encimera de tocador, ducha y mármol.

Servicios de playa de cortesía

Loved our stay

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was friendly, helpful and available whenever we needed. The property was well kept and in a convenient location.

Perfect location. Not to crowed. Private ACCESS to beach. Pool & hot tub located right in front of patio. Very relaxing view. Will be rebooking in the fall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented units 105 & 106 for a family vacation. Everything was great! I have a couple of recommendations.Unit 105- Needs light bulbs replaced in master bath. The filer screen on the kitchen faucet needs replacing.Unit 106- The receptacles on each side on the bed in the master bedroom need fixing or replaced. There are 2 plug ins on each but only 1 works on each.I have been coming to The Islander since 1988. I have had ground floor units several times. In the past it was always customary and out of curtesy that you were aloud to park one vehicle in front of your unit. It is obviously not the case now but it should be reconsidered. But all and all for myself and my family we had a wonderful stay and a great vacation

Not worth the price

The pillows are flat and you get one.

Summer fun at Islander Resort

It is located on the beach and you are provided an umbrella and 2 chairs.There are 2 swimming pools and hot tubs.Tennis court available but is was too Hutto play.Waiting time for some restaurants was a hour to hour and half.Don't be in a hurry. We still enjoyed our stay and Alan does a great job keeping guest happy on the beach along with the front desk people.

The check-in staff was extremely helpful and engaged us in conversation. Wayne was more than accommodating with helpful hints for our stay and provided us with a list of local restaurants. The unit was clean, well located and amply stocked with everything we needed, except, of course, our food. Wonderful experience.

Disappointed with Platinum Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this exact same condo two years ago and could not believe how much it had run down. It was definitely not worth the platinum premium. Outlets that were loose from the wall, missing tiles, saggy worn out furniture, beds hard as rocks, cheap pillows, no dish drainer, no dishwasher cleaner, missing utensils, etc. To top it off we asked for a trash bags from the office (only had 2 bags for an 8 day visit) and were treated so badly by office you would have thought we were asking for gold.
