The condo was so cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Galveston. The pool is literally in the backyard! The weather was gorgeous, but the pool water was a bit chilly this time of year so we didn’t use it as much as we would have otherwise. The condo was spacious yet cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location.

The pool and jot tub were nice and easy to get to from the condo. The beach was just across the street, although we did.miss not having a gulf view. The property manager responded promptly. The confo meeds to be cleaned much better, including the patio where i had to wipe down chairs and place towels over the cushions and needed to be swept. There's a broken table on the patio that's useless.

Beautiful property, right by the pool on a lovely weekend in Galveston. We couldn’t have asked for anything better this weekend. We’ve stayed at The Dawn several times but this was our first time in this unit. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful condo, we had everything we needed, even coffee! Very clean! But what set this place apart from others was the service- when we had a plumbing issue, the owner came by right away and fixed it! He could not have been more responsive, that’s really rare. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Galveston Condo

The condo was perfect. Bottom floor, access to the pool was so convenient. The property manager offered to get me ice since the ice maker was broken. I thought that was very thoughtful and kind. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. I will stay again.

AC went out, hosts stopped responding

Our trip was going great, and we were really enjoying the place until a very light rainstorm somehow knocked out the power. The host responded in about 30 minutes and power was back on soon BUT the AC STOPPED WORKING the rest of our stay. When we messaged the hosts about the AC being out, they stopped replying to us!!! We were with our 2 kids under two years old, so this was a very frustrating situation and we were hot the rest of our stay. Nothing was done by the hosts to make this situation right, and they were very rude when I asked them to apologize for leaving us in the dust with no AC. I would not risk staying at a place where the AC isn’t functioning properly, especially with the location being in such a hot climate. The property is in a great location though. Maybe try another unit in this complex with different hosts. Very very very disappointed with how rude the hosts were, especially when their reviews were so high. Also, the freezer would randomly stop working and we’d have to reset the freezer by messing with the breaker. We couldn’t keep anything in there and we were stressed about our groceries when we were away exploring Galveston. Seriously guys, it’s not worth staying at a place where the hosts don’t seem to care about the units problems or the guests staying there.

Beautiful Facility

We only stayed two nights, but it was clean, nice and comfy. We had a wonderful time just walking the beach from our condo and having drinks on the pier. We got in late and did not anticipate having a car, but we ended up renting one and they were fantastic about getting it added on.

Nice little spot across from the beach!

Great location and easy access to local amenities. Well equipped unit along the beach with everything needed for a fun weekend getaway! Great communication with the property manager and on-site staff. Lots of parking and a pool right outside the unit. Great value and would absolutely stay again. Thanks-

The property was amazing! It was clean, easily accessible, and well stocked. The host responded quickly but did not intrude. The location is perfect and Galveston Island is so much fun.

Home Away From Home

We absolutely love staying at this condo! The location is perfect and out of the hustle and bustle of the busy part of the Seawall! The owners are attentive and very helpful! The pool is right out the back door! The kitchen and dining area are great and we love sitting at the big family table together! We have stayed here at least 6 times!!

Home away from home

Had an amazing stay on our weekend get away. Place was stocked with essentials that we needed, location was great -walmart just around the corner, easy walk across to the beach. We Enjoyed every minute, definitely a must stay, would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great Place

This property was exactly as described it was clean had plenty of room we were suppose to have 5 people and ended up with only 2 but would have had plenty of room which was great. Pool was right out patio door. A/C worked great which was good because it was extemely hot Property manager was quick with answering our questions by email. Will book this property again.
