The fully-equipped kitchen (washing mashine, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, stove, microwave) has a serving window to the salon area, and a door into the inner patio. This patio is a great place on hot summer days and provides great wind circulation in the apartment. One major bathroom, and a second in the patio with additional shower and toilet.

Flatscreen satellite TV with international and Spanish channels, high-speed Internet WiFi, safe, kitchen equipped additionally with dish washer, washing mashine and dryer. All bedrooms with ceiling fans. In the ground level of the house you find the locked parking, free of use. From the garden area starts the private stairs to the beach.

We rent five apartments at this place, with two and three bedrooms, respectively. All have large southfacing balconies. Especially in winter it enables you to enjoy every sun ray of the day, from sunrise to sunset. The apartments are fully equipped with large kitchens, satellite TV and free WiFi. A locked parking space is included for free. Ones you are at the place, you can reach everything on foot. The centre with the Balcon de Europa is a five minutes walk away. A small supermarket is just across the street.

From the ground floor you have private stairs down to the beach, a shower on the way. The sandy beach is like a tropical cove, with large rocks at the edges and green vegetation the whole year round. This is a top destination in Nerja, absolutely quite. In the night you can listen to the sounds of the waves, maybe while enjoying the fireplace of the salon.
