Charming, quiet and comfortable family house, WiFi, garden, close to the beach

Note, extra house information;
1. Groups / young people <25 years are not allowed in this holiday home.
2. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
3. Rent of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot.
4. Renting towels is optional, costs 10 euros per set of two towels. Please book at least 1 week before arrival.
5. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay. 

Holiday home La petite Redousse is a cozy and comfortably furnished family house with an ideal location very close to the beach suitable for a maximum of 4 adults (+1 child <15 and 1 baby <2). The detached holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on the outskirts of Renesse. You can walk to the beach within ten minutes. The center of Renesse with cozy terraces, restaurants and shops is less than five minutes by bike.

Through the front door you enter the La petite Redousse holiday home in the hallway which gives access to the kitchen diner. Here is a dining table and the semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all modern conveniences. The room is heated with an electric heater (it looks like a wood-burning stove, so it creates a cosy atmosphere).  French doors give access to the backyard. Following is the attractive living room with glass all around and a view of the garden. The garden is completely enclosed, has a south-facing location and a nice sheltered terrace. There is a quiet place somewhere in the sun or in the shade to relax all day long. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, size mattress 160x200 and one with a smaller double bed 140x200 and a custom-made single bed, which is suitable for children up to about 15 years) and one bathroom.

The house is particularly suitable for a couple or a family. After the renovation in the winter of 2019-2020, the house has become a wonderfully fresh and modern home!
You can enjoy in and around the house. There is plenty of space in the area for quiet cycling and walking. The beach is also so wide and long, there is enough space for everyone.
