We have 6 apartments, 2 on the ground floor, 2 on first floor & two on second floor .Out of sux five of them have one bedroom (double or twin), bathroom, kitchen and sitting/ dining room. We also have a 2 bedroom apartment (the large with a double or twin beds, the small with a single bed or pair of full size bunk beds) with bathroom, kitchen and sitting/dining room. Larger parties can book multiple flats.
No extra charge for housekeeping, electricity, linen or parking. Your housekeepers are on duty every day (except Christmas Day and New Year's Day) to service your flat. Cots and high chairs for young children. Rates include all linen, fully equipped kitchen, electricity, wi-fi internet connection .
We have our own, free, unsupervised, off-street parking behind our building. You are within a few minutes walk of bus routes, cab ranks and train station

Fantastic letting
Charlotte st was a self contained flat with all amenities you could ask for. On arrival there was a gentleman painting the walls who was very pleasant and assisted us with the parking .very clean and looked after flat for the age of the building. Ideal if going to the barrowlands for concerts

Perfect for us
Number 52 was perfect for our needs. We were attending a concert at St Lukes, just 5 mins walk away. Our apartment (no.2) was large and comfortable, on the ground floor, with two single beds in the bedroom, a functional bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with TV. Wifi was good in the apartment. We utilised the private parking, Veena came round the back to open the barrier for our car. Great value and high class accommodation.

Good value, great location if you’re attending a gig at Barrowlands.
The apartment is just a few minutes away from Barrowlands Ballroom. Apartment was clean and tidy and check-in/out was easy. Kitchen was well-equipped. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but it was nice and hot. The only negative, and I’m probably just being fussy, but it’d have been nice to have some tea and coffee supplies. First world problems, eh? Thank you Veena.

Glasgow visit
Very nice apartment , communication with the host very easy , free parking is a plus , need to communicate with the host prior to visit to arrange to get the parking remote to get in and out of the parking lot , she is very flexible . The location is within 10-15 min walk to city center , lots of eatery and grocery stores within short walk to the apartment . The building is safe and neighborhood is good as well . The winter garden is about 10 min walk . The apartment is clean , kitchen full equipped , sitting and dinning area large , heating and shower work well .. very good place to stay in Glasgow . Highly recommended .

Didn’t stay. Had to find alternate place. Parking not on site/secure. Apt given didn’t match what was shown. Host sent check-in info to two separate incorrect emails. Felt extremely unsafe knowing people had access to us. Host offered to give us another room, but parking situation was not good and whole experience was terrible.Entry into location was terrible as well with bags and bags of laundry and what looked like garbage filled the vestibule.Bad location, not safe, not clean, not as advertised, holes in wall behind tv. Furniture old. Not good from any perspective.
