Villa Binibety is located in Binibeca Vell, Menorca. This detached

The villa has most things you could need for a great holiday, a good internal space, great pool and excellent location for shops and eating out. The pool is a really good size, with enough sun loungers and the covered eating area working perfectly for breakfast and lunches, sun does come around by late afternoon but we ate out most evenings anyway - there are loads of good places nearby and within 15-20mins walk. We would come back to this villa for its convenient location to beach, rock beaches and restaurants and bars.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable villa with a nice pool. The location is just perfect - sandy beaches, coves with breathtaking views and Binibeca Vell are within walking distance! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There are supermarkets and bars nearby, as well as a bus stop to Mahon. We really enjoyed our stay in Binibety Villa. Perfect place for a getaway!

Déception

Assez déçue dans l ensemble, malgré un emplacement top et un environnement très calme, la maison est bien agencée mais la propreté laisse à désirer, les meubles sont vieillot et abîmés, il manque de chose de base( bac à glaçons, epluche légume, 4 pinces à linges ,5 chaises extérieures pour 6 personnes, éclairage extérieur insuffisant...). Le lave linge n essorait plus, du coup on s est retrouvé avec notre linge trempé et pas propre... Décoration inexistante qui rend le lieu impersonnel, c est dommage car il manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait! Communication en anglais exclusivement avec une agence, il a fallut les relancer plusieurs fois pour avoir les instructions d arrivée reçues la veille J espère qu ils tiendront compte de ces remarques pour améliorer les choses
