The apartment is located in city center, a perfect location. It was like being home but in Italy Had everything we needed and the host is amazing. Very helpful and gave great tips if the area. When we return to Italy, this is where we will stay again.

Hosts were terrific! Great guide to the property, appliances and community in English. Hands on half hour orientation that was quite useful. Taxi’s cannot drop off directly in front of the building so having the name of the two roads that intersect close would have been helpful. Via Bufalini and Via dei Servi is the intersection. You walk towards the Duomo from there and the building entrance is on your right. Great location. They have two apartments that used to be connected. We stayed in the smaller of the two. It was very quiet at night. It has a living room and kitchen/dining room. Laundry was a bonus. Bath room is cozy but well equipped. Gigantic bedroom with huge wardrobes. Beautiful surfaces throughout but very livable.

There was no need for air conditioning. The apartment has all the necessary appliances for an extended stay and is very well located with public access to major historic attractions and restaurants. Very clean and extremely quiet for a good night sleep.

This apartment is in what is probably the very best area of Florence. Stepping outside the door and turning to the right provides an absolutely stunning view of the cathedral.The apartment itself is very clean and home-like. It is simply beautiful with lots of charm and comfort. Eleonora met us at the door, provided a map and all information about the neighborhood and gave us recommendations for the best places to eat.I will definitely stay here again on subsequent visits to Florence.

We stayed in in this apartment for 28 days in March - April 2026. It is a very nice apartment centally located near the Duomo. It was clean and all appliances worked fine. The hosts were very helpful. They have a very clear check-in and check-out process. Instructions for using the appliances are also well documented. We wpuld higly recommend booking this apartment.

This is an amazing place to stay if you are looking for something near everything! It could be a little loud in the evenings but that is to be expected when staying so close to the centre. Everything was walking distance! The property itself was charming & very clean! The host was really lovely, we throughly enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this property!

Location location location

A wonderful apartment that’s within walking distance of everything Milan. Duomo is five minutes away on foot and everything else is 20-25 minutes at most. The apartment is plenty spacious with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a fantastic property. Elenora was extremely helpful. The property had lots of space, and even though it is right in the heart of Florence, it quiet. The space was well appointed and very comfortable. You would be lucky to have to opportunity to stay here.

Exceptional apartment

The apartment was every bit as advertised and more. We loved everything about it, and it was well beyond our expectations for comfort, location, and value. Staying in a building originally built in the 1400's added tremendously to the experience of visiting beautiful Firenze. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay! Eleonora is a great host who communicated promptly. She met us at the property when we arrived and showed us how all the appliances worked which was greatly appreciated. The view of the Duomo is larger than life and the location can't be beat. Il Batistero

Lovely apartment, right by the Duomo. Very comfortable and well equipped. Eleonora was a very generous host. We are returning in September and will feel at home straight away. Couldn't be better.
