Terra D’oro villas are located in the unspoiled part of south Rhodes and offer stunning views towards the Aegean sea and surrounding hills. We offer a peaceful area for a comfortable stay.

Luxury has been balanced with simplicity and modern design. Olive and lemon trees offer pleasant shadows to the surroundings. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the smell and taste of mountain tea and local herbs. The harmonic combination of mountain and blue sky around the barbecue area offers unique views and unforgettable memories.

It is the natural environment that enables visitors to feel relaxed and refreshed. We believe that there is nothing better than using fresh ingredients for the kitchen table straight from your own garden. Home-grown fruits and vegetables are available in our garden just around the corner. We offer breakfast upon request prepared with local, fresh products.

Beach is 600 m away and is accessible on foot. For the lovers of hiking, our location offers wonderful routes to enjoy local nature. Pristine scenery at its best.

A beautiful stay

I stayed a few nights at this gorgeous villa the night before and night after my wedding day and got ready with my bridesmaids at the villa - it was the perfect peaceful setting. A modern but homely interior, with a luxurious pool overlooking the ocean. Chrissi was super helpful and the villa was absolutely pristine and had everything we needed, and more! Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to wake up on my wedding morning.

Wunderschöne Location

Wir waren als Familie mit Kleinkind dort. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat sehr gut geklappt, wir durften die Villa sogar schon vor der angegebenen Zeit beziehen und wurden sehr freundlich von der Mutter der Vermieterin begrüßt. Sie zeigte uns alles und gab uns alle wichtigen Informationen. Sogar ein Babybett wurde noch auf die Schnelle organisiert. Zur Begrüßung gab es zudem selbstgemachte Marmelade und Olivenöl, zwischenzeitlich brachte sie Eier und Brot. Man darf sich auch mit Obst und Gemüse aus dem angrenzenden Garten versorgen. Die Villa selbst entsprach zu 100% den Angaben und war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt jedoch etwas Stauraum und Ablagefläche, allerdings ist dies in Griechenland üblich. Zwischenzeitlich fand Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel durch eine der nettesten Housekeeping-Damen statt, die wir je getroffen haben. Pool wurde ebenfalls regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Ausblick von der Villa aus ist phantastisch, man kann weit über das Meer blicken. Insgesamt alles bestens und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch eine spontane Verlängerung durch uns wurde bestmöglich umgesetzt. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist das die unmittelbare Nähe zur Nachbarvilla. Man muss auf ruhige Nachbarn hoffen, wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht. Hecken zur räumlichen Trennung sind aber bereits gepflanzt, wenn sie im nächsten Jahr etwas höher sind, dann ist auch die Privatsphäre etwas geschützter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danken der Besitzerfamilie nochmals herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt.

It is brand new (July 2021) - we booked based on architectural drawings

Communication with Chrisi is excellent. She answered all our pre-arrival questions promptly and completely. We were met at the unit and handed our keys, after a walkthrough. Chrisi's checking in with us a couple of times while we were there was appreciated. There is a cluster of 4 units in a L shape with 2 having direct views of the ocean. Book this unit for terrific sunrises and cooler evenings when the sun is at the opposite side of the unit from the pool area. Thanks so much for the welcome gift of bread, homemade jam and olive oil from your trees. This was a birthday trip and Chrisi recognized that as well. The entire complex is walled and gated. Use the unit's exterior roll-up shutters to ensure privacy from the pool cleaning staff who start pretty early in the morning - we saw him twice in the 3 days we were there - you know the pool is being taken care of. You won't be disappointed. We didn't use the upper floor bedroom since it was just the two of us - there is a bed and clothes rack up there. The dishwasher is a nice plus. We used the washing machine (it was brand new). The heat and wind took care of drying the clothes in short order and Chrisi was right that a dryer isn't needed. You will need a car to access the location on the top of a hillside. Great highway signage (thank you). Things aren't quite done at all the units and it will only get better with time. I'm sure you will find this a great place to stay. After driving around Rhodes Town, I was glad to get back to our quiet, comfortable place and settle in for the evening.
