Wonderful one bedroom apartment recently renovated and equipped with every comfort for your stay in the city, one step away from the lake!

The apartment is very bright and enjoys an amazing lake view! The apartment has a large double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed and open kitchen, bathroom with shower. Guests will have the entire property for private use. Strategic location, close to bars and restaurants, the lake and the main attractions of the city. Close to the railway stations of Como Nord Lago and to navigation. Walking along the lakeside you can reach in a few minutes the city center, the funicular to Brunate and thanks to the proximity to the bus and ferry stops you can easily reach all the main tourist attractions of Lake Como.

Perfect location from everything. The hosts were easy to talk to and the checkin was painless. We could see the lake from the window. It even had a washing machine which we took advantage of. The whole room was very clean. Could not recommend more.

Great location

Location was great for Como city center and lake front. Apartment had everything we needed. The apartment had two step downs (entrance door and bathroom entrance that were not noted in the description. You had to be very careful at these locations. Also the two flights of steps were noted in the description and no elevator. This was difficult with luggage. However we really enjoyed our stay.

Schöne Aussicht, mitten in der Stadt

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, gute Betten, funktionales Bad, ansprechend renoviert. Tolle Aussicht auf den See und sehr nahe zur Altstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
