Floridamar Mimosa

This spacious duplex apartment, with its south-facing outdoor terrace, is fabulously located near the restaurants, bars and boutiques of Jávea Port. Take a peaceful 10-minute walk to the beautiful Jávea marina and the stone beach 'La Grava'. You can also climb the hill from the Port to the Old Town or take a walk along the sea to the popular sandy beach of Arenal.



The Floridamar Mimosa is located in one of the most beautiful garden and pool complexes in Jávea. Guests are welcomed by wide sandstone walkways, tropical plants and three sparkling pools in the centre of the lawn, including a children's pool and a jacuzzi.

A small gym and sauna are located within the complex and are available for use throughout the year, and during the low season the heated indoor pool is open to all guests staying in the complex.



Inside the apartment, a large entrance hall, with a practical washbasin, interconnects the kitchen and the colourful living-dining room; complete with smart TV, chill-out sofa and dining table for up to six people.

The sunny and enclosed balcony is located next to the kitchen and dining room and is the perfect space to have breakfast or afternoon tea. On the upper floor, the rooms are bright and spacious, with the added luxury of their own bathrooms, as well as direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.

Would you like to play golf? The Costa Blanca offers a wide range of golf courses, two of them are 15 minutes by car from the apartment and include the championship course 'La Sella'.



JH Advice: Floridamar Mimosa is located in the same complex as Floridamar, and super close to Jardines del Río. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Great apartment close to all amenities

The apartment has everything we needed for a great holiday, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely quiet complex and safe gated community. Love the huge terrace and the sun is there most of the day. Well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms and comfy beds.

Delightful little apartment!

Very comfortable accommodation, with excellent air conditioning, comfy beds and a layout which makes daily life very easy. Locks on patio doors - not sure which ones to trust.

Good location, closer to port end than you think! Very well equipped, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Lovely gardens, pool area quiet and relaxing, good sized pool. Easy parking, would not hesitate to book again.

Great apartment overall. Location is perfect for us. New A/C was welcome. Fantastic that you offer the taxi service to and from the airports. WhatsApp messages were always answered very quickly, which very reassuring. Trivial, but I think the ceiling fans on the veranda and in the kitchen are in need of replacement. Some of the bathroom tiling seems a bit loose.

Great spacious accommodation and pool, so glad the beds and pillows were 'two weeks' comfortable. Good service from Javea Holidays, quick to reply to emails and quickly sorted small issue with bath towels. Mimosa. Ceiling fan on patio in need of repair. A few tiles in kitchen and bathroom look like they could fall off the wall (but were actually fine) A couple of quite dirty plates found on arrival, so everything went in the dishwasher. Other than that a great place and we would definitely book again.

Very comfortable and well-equipped, secure and pretty surroundings, great location

Check-in for this apartment was easy and I received a warm friendly welcome. We had a good stay at Floridamar Mimosa and had no issues to report, so we did not need to contact Javea Holidays and cannot comment on their responsiveness during our stay. The only thing we felt missing from the kitchen was a pair of kitchen scissors (so we bought our own, and I have reported this so they will hopefully be replaced) but it was otherwise very well equipped and we cooked most nights. It was very clean on our arrival, and the changeover of linen and towels midway through our two-week stay went well. We did not experience any problems during our stay. The swimming pool was perfect, and even warm enough for a 30 minute swim in October. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we were delighted with our stay. 5⭐️. Thank you.

Mimosa Apartment winter stay

The apartment is well proportioned, nicely fitted out with lovely south facing balcony and terrace. It has excellent views east and west. It is a high quality residence. The oven and hob are dated and require replacement (one hob doesn’t work). The door from the main bedroom to the terrace does not open when the outside temperature is above 20 degrees (this was reported twice but no action). The grouting to the shower area of the en-suite is disgusting and should have been rectified long ago. One significant factor beyond control is the large building site 50 metres to the east, in full view, which can be very noisy during the day, and is likely to last throughout this year. Clients should be told in advance.

What a fabulous place

Fantastic week staying at Floridamar Mimosa. What a superb apartment, everything you need for a great holiday. Just a 5 minute walk to Java port where you will find shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk to the Old Town of Java. The pool is very big and clean. We took the Beniconnect transfer bus from the airport and did not miss having a car for the week. Walking is free.

Lovely apartment in a very good complex with large outdoor swimming pool and indoor gym. The apartment and the overall complex are maintained to a high standard. Five minutes walk to Javea port with its pebble beach, restaurants and supermarkets. If you don’t have a car, everything is within easy access - maybe take advantage of JaveaHolidays’ airport pick up service which we found very good. Ask in advance whether beds should be made up as doubles or singles.

Great long weekend without family

The apartment is really comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is in the middle of historic Xabia and the port and has supermarkets in 5min walking. Our family felt like in home.
