Villa con aire acondicionado y piscina climatizada en grandes jardines paisajísticos

Aquí hay una villa de un solo nivel ubicada dentro de grandes jardines con un bar / barbacoa, comedor, área de relajación adyacente a la fabulosa piscina privada climatizada de 8x4. El aspecto típico español de la villa desmiente su interior moderno que consta de salón con estufa de leña, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada. Naya con vistas al jardín y la piscina. Tres habitaciones dobles, una con baño privado y las 2 habitaciones dobles restantes que comparten el baño con ducha. Las 3 habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados. También tenemos un sofá cama en el salón. La villa está equipada con muebles de alta calidad en todo. El camino de entrada grande tiene un amplio estacionamiento para al menos cuatro vehículos.

Mi esposa y yo compramos la villa en enero de 2018. Desde entonces, hemos ajardinado completamente los jardines que incluyeron una nueva pérgola al lado de la piscina que proporciona una hermosa área sombreada con asientos suaves, comedor para ocho. Barbacoa y bar con vinoteca.
Las tres habitaciones, el salón y el comedor tienen aire acondicionado completo desde febrero de 2019.
La cocina ahora incluye un lavavajillas Bosch.

La villa se encuentra a poca distancia de las numerosas playas de Javea, como Portichol, Granadella y L'Arenal, con L'Arenal a solo seis minutos en coche.
La villa también se encuentra a poca distancia de bares y un pequeño supermercado, varios excelentes restaurantes especializados en cocina italiana, española, griega y nepalí.

La ciudad principal de Jávea se encuentra a diez minutos en automóvil, el área del Puerto a ocho minutos y el Arenal a solo seis minutos en automóvil.

INVIERNO DEJA:

Si está pensando en escapar del frío y amargo clima invernal? Las tarifas especiales para alquileres de invierno de noviembre a marzo se pueden organizar desde tan solo £ 1800. 00 por mes. La calefacción de la piscina es de 100 euros por semana entre octubre y abril. El calentador de la piscina se encendería una semana antes de su llegada para garantizar que la piscina haya alcanzado esa temperatura perfecta de 28C.

We had a great week at John’s villa. The outside area especially is great, better than we ever had before as it has a nice big pool which is close to the villa itself with plenty of seating/loungers and shade. The villa itself was lovely with comfortable beds & air con in all main rooms/bedrooms.

Nice property in convenient location. Some of the rooms could do with a bit of updating, but it was clean, the owner was very approachable and helpful. We had a fabulous holiday and would stay there again.

Great stay in Javea!

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday based at John’s Villa. It was comfortably furnished inside and had a wonderful outside area with plenty of seating and a good sized heated pool. John was also very friendly and was at hand for any queries we had. Would definitely recommend a stay at this luxury Villa, we are looking to book again in the near future.

Beautiful outside space

Attractive and comfortable

The property is very attractive both inside and out with a lovely garden and pool and an outside dining area with barbecue. It benefited from having the friendly owner living nearby - any needs were promptly met and a steady flow of suggestions for excursions and restaurants was forthcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both the house and the area.

perfect villa with heated pool

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The heated pool was very comfortable while the outside temperatures weren't that high yet. We had our daily breakfast on the outside patio in the nice garden. The location was perfect to visit the nearby beaches and the town of Javea. John is a fantastic host, who gave us nice advice of the must visits in the neighborhood.

Wonderful

This villa is wonderful and perfect. This was our second stay and want to return soon. The villa is very clean, comfortable. The whole atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The gardens are beautiful and the seating and relaxation areas are perfect. The pool is a great size. Each time we have visited we have paid for pool heating and it was very much worth it. The villa host John is very friendly and professional, all communication with him was excellent. The villa has space to park you car, has locked gates and we always feel secure. The kitchen has everything you need and a great fridge. We love this place perfect for our family, just a 5 minute drive to Javea beach and all local amenities. Perfection, we look forward to returning.

Great return visit to Javea after 16 years.

John's villa has a fantastic outdoor area and pool, everything we were lookin for and better than we had expected. The villa is fully equipped and a great base for us to visit some of our old haunts in the area. John provided excellent information on the area and where to eat. We visited a couple of his recommendations and were not disappointed. The area around the villa has several restaurants within walking distance.

VRBO in Spain

Our host John was spectacular He went out of his way to point us in the right direction for food, wine and attractions. Including make a reservation for us one evening. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and there was plenty of excellent choices of restaurants within walking distances. We would highly recommend this location for anybody looking for a relaxing Spain holiday.

Amazing place

We had a very nice stay. The heated pool with shower was fantastic. The outdoor space was amazing, we spent a lot of time there. The house was very complete with airconditioning, wasmachine, gusto coffee and the basics were there. John is a very kind and good host. He was waiting for us in the middle of the night to welcome us. We hope we will come back!

Lovely villa in a peaceful location

Communication with the owner was very efficient and the check in process smooth. The villa is in a lovely quiet location but still within walking distance of various local restaurants. It was a short drive to a couple of local beaches, and also Javea & Denia. The host provided some great recommendations. We payed to pay an extra €100 for the pool heating which meant it was a lovely temperature!

The property was spotlessly clean. It is a great layout.The property is well equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor kitchen area is excellent and one of the reasons we booked the villa in the first place.The pool is a great size. John was an excellent host and gave us a few tips about great places to eat, The Market in old town Javea was an excellent recommendation.

Perfect Autumn Break

We have just spent a thoroughly enjoyable week in Javea. The villa was clean and well equipped and a perfect size. The outside barbeque and bar area was a lovely space to spend the evenings and at this time of year very quiet. Well worth paying the extra to have the pool heated ! John was a great host, and was over to sort a small problem out within minutes. We'd definitely go back.

I live here with my wife and 11 year old son. We have made so many good friends of all nationalities and regularly get together for BBQs at our homes and spend many afternoons and early evenings down on the nearby beaches of Granadella and Portichol just chatting and enjoying home made tapas and a glass of wine while the kids play together.
We adore life here and have really fallen in love with the country and it's lifestyle.

We chose Javea simply because it has everything. From the many wonderful beaches, breathtaking views and walks, plenty of bars and restaurants to the very well stocked and very well priced supermarkets that offer everything you could ever need and, more importantly, the best climate in the world.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our holiday home is perfectly located in a quiet location and only a few minutes drive to the nearby beaches of Granadella and Portichol. Arenal beach is only a 6 minute drive away.
Around the pool there are 4 sunbeds, parasols and plenty of shaded seating where you can relax and while away the hours reading a book from our own collection.
