Cala Codolar and cala Conta beaches are within a walking distance and the pretty beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa are a short trip by car.

San Antonio and San José village can both be reached in under 15 minutes, for a range of restaurants and bars.



The villa is ideal for families and friends who wish to stay close to each other and spend time together, however, also wish to establish privacy when they need it, thanks to different private corners and zones inside and outside.



The property is distributed over 2 floors or 3 levels.



On the first floor, there is an open plan living space with inside dining and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to the large terrace. That´s where you and your guests could gather together and enjoy al fresco dining with impressive views to the legendary rock of Es Vedrà.



Another cozy sitting area with a smart TV and a fireplace on the main floor opens to the pool area.

Bedroom 1: double bed 1,60 cm, AC, ensuite bathroom with sauna and shower - upper level.



Bedroom 2: double bed 1,60 cm, AC, opens directly onto the pool terrace - main floor.



Bedroom 3: double bed 1,40 cm, AC, ensuite bathroom with shower - main floor.



Bedroom 4: double bed 1,60 cm, AC, ensuite bathroom with shower - main floor.



Next to bedrooms 3 and 4, you will find one more sitting room with access to the pool terrace with another dining area.



The outdoor pool area offers well-maintained beautiful gardens, a barbecue, a dining area, chill-out areas, and sun lounges. The POOL can be HEATED on request for an extra 500€ / week.

SAUNA is a nice bonus that could help to improve your overall health and wellness and is available on request and at extra cost (100€ up to 7 nights, and pro-rate over 7 nights). Bathrobes and sauna towels are provided.

Both the heated pool and sauna are paid as an extra on arrival in cash.



There are 2 outdoor showers: by the pool, and on the terrace on the first floor.



Parking for three cars is available by the property.
