With stunning views across the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds and offering superb comfort and quality throughout, this spacious luxury property will be a favourite with everyone who stays.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area for socialising as well as a boot/utility room to leave everything after a day exploring the Wolds means there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. This property has a private terrace with a glass balustrade. Not only can you relax in the living room to take in the view across the valley but you can also enjoy it from a private terrace or even while soaking away in the large hot tub. There are good walks and cycle routes straight from the door with a nice stroll leading you to the pub in the next village which serves excellent food and refreshment.

To the east are the sandy beaches of Skegness which offers a good day out for everyone to enjoy from miles of seaside walks to all the fun of the fair is this traditional seaside resort. Inland there are good days out to be had browsing around the Lincolnshire Wolds market towns of Louth and Horncastle with Alford also only 10 minutes’ drive away. The city of Lincoln well known for its castle and historic Steep Hill with the cathedral dominating the skyline. You can also visit the stunning gardens of the Arboretum and the vibrant Brayford Waterfront for lunch. Beach 11 miles. Nearest shop 1½ miles, pub 2 miles by car.

The cottage was lovely and very well equipped.

The cottage was lovely and very well equipped. Great for us and our two adult children with their partners. Hot tub was great and view was good too. We throughly enjoyed the break.
