Stunning villa!!! Pool was great, had everything you needed, the outside bar was amazing, the pool table was used often so was the hot tub. Monika was always happy to help, always checking to see if your ok..Only little thing I would say is it’s quite out of the way so a car would be advised. There is a Spanish bar, bakery, pizza, Indian, that are only 5-10 mins walk away. I would advise to take mosquitoe repellent and after bite spray. Playa (beach) l’Arenal is only 10 mins away in a taxi which is around 12 … Overall had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

A fantastic relaxing holiday in an amazing villa

We have just returned from a week in this fantastic villa. We have stayed in many villas in Europe over the past 20 years and this rates as one of the best. The outdoor space and facilities are so well thought out with everything you need. The outdoor kitchen and dining area is 5*There are enough sunbeds for everyone, the pool was so clean and a god send in the recent heat.You need a car to get about, but that is almost always the case for villa holidays and car hire in Spain in really reasonable compare to other European countries.In terms of the bedrooms and bathrooms they were all great. Only thing is that there is only wardrobe space in one room, as the owners have belongings locked in the wardrobes of other rooms, but there are hanging rails and plenty of drawers to store clothes. I would highly recommend this Villa and certainly consider going again.

A fantastic villa

Holidays with older teenagers are always tricky. Finding something for everyone. This villa fulfilled all criteria. We absolutely loved it!!! The communication was really great, they replied almost immediately to our one query. The pool table & outside dining & kitchen areas were fantastic! The pool glorious. Comfortable beds, chairs & sun loungers. Fully equipped kitchen. I couldn’t find a single fault. We will definitely return

Weeks stay with family

I stayed in this villa with my husband and his parents for 8 nights. It's a beautiful villa with enough space to relax in outside, for more than 4 people. We had a couple of issues, but Monika's communication is spot on and were quickly resolved (the first night we tripped the electrics by accident). Nothing is too far away by car if you want to go sightseeing, we only tried one local place (barely 5min walk) for coffee one morning. The pool was definitely the favourite part of the villa, especially when the sun has gone down and you're having a late night swim, the temperature is perfect. If we return to the area, I would happily stay in this villa again. Thank you for having us Monika.

Nice Villa in quiet surroundings

Lovely , spacious , quiet private villa. We spent 2 weeks here. 2 adults and 2 kids. Outdoor space was just wonderful. The fool was excellent for the kids and had a shallow end. Wi- fi was great and the inside space is adequate. Probably could do with a microwave ...but it wasn't realy a problem. Air conditioned throughout. Satellite tv also. Communication with the owner , Monika, was imediate. We had few issues and monika was quick in her response. Check in was very easy with security code given for gate. All in all we enjoyed staying in Monikas beautiful villa. Many thanks again Monika. E.G

Great family villa

We had 6 adults and 2 children under 6. The property is easy to find but you do need a car as it is quite isolated, with no bus route, which was not an issue for us. The villa itself was good, with so many appliances and utensils, it was short of nothing. Inside the property is well laid out, but the 4th bedroom is a converted shed. Outside, the pool is great for all, plenty of room for us all. The sun loungers are basic, but the dining areas, which there are two, have excellent furniture. The BBQ was excellent, five gas burner and used a lot. There are fridges, freezers, sink and even a dish washer outside under the bar area. This was perfect for BBQ time and around the pool in the day. There is also a toilet and shower in an outside room, which can be used if you stay in the 4th bedroom. The pool table and dart board were used at night, which was good fun, but the mosquitoes got their supper at this time, they are a plenty 😡 even using sprays, smokers and electrical devices, the little bug(gers) got us all. Overall, we had a great time, felt very safe inside the property, using the pool to the max, and wanted for very little. There is a neighbour who likes to complain if you are out after 11pm, threatening to call the police, but we spoke with her in the third day, stayed up until after 12.30am every night talking quietly, playing cards and games, so just be polite and ignore her threats. Recommended for families with young children as it is a quiet area…….

Top, einfach super. Die Außenküche ist der Hammer.Die Vermieter sind Super freundlich und sehr schnell beim Antworten. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte, aber das wäre jammern auf einem hohen Niveau. Deswegen schreibe ich das nicht hierein. Top Villa Danke an die Vermieter. Wir kommen nächstets Jahr gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Selten hatten wir ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus gemietet. Die Outdoorküche ist einmalig! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Magnifique séjour! On recommande

Nous avons passé des vacances absolument magnifiques dans la superbe villa de Monika. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par les extérieurs soigneusement aménagés et parfaitement équipés : une piscine chauffée entre 25 et 27C avec un petit espace moins profond pour les enfants, de nombreux transats pour se détendre, un jacuzzi, un billard, des trottinettes électriques, des équipements pour la plage ainsi qu’une cuisine d’été très pratique.L’intérieur est tout aussi confortable : les lits sont d’un grand confort, nous avons tous très bien dormi, et les cuisines sont parfaitement équipées. Tout a été pensé pour que petits et grands se sentent bien, avec également des équipements adaptés aux enfants.La région est superbe, entre plages magnifiques, nature préservée et villages authentiques. Côté gastronomie, il y a de quoi se faire vraiment plaisir : marchés locaux pleins de charme et supermarchés accessibles pour les courses du quotidien.Enfin, Monika a été une hôte exemplaire : disponible, attentionnée, et toujours prête à nous conseiller ou à faciliter notre séjour, notamment pour l’accès à la villa et les bonnes adresses dans les environs.En résumé, un séjour inoubliable que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci et, nous l’espérons, à très bientôt !

Formidable séjour

Für diesen Preis haben wir was anderes erwartet

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 10 Personen unterwegs. Bei ankommen war unsere Pool komplett grün und wir könnten ihn 2 Tage nicht benutzen angeblich ist was ausgefallen aber da könnten man sich auch früher kümmern müssen. Alle Schlafzimmer riechen nach schimmel. Zwei Tage haben wir kein heißes Wasser in den Duschen war mall wieder was ausgefallen. Die Besitzerin war stets bemüht uns zu helfen war auch ständig im Kontakt mit uns der Betreuer vor Ort ist eine Katastrophe ist nicht das Geld wert

muy buen alojamiento para descubrir las cañas de javea

Monika es muy agradable, atenta para responder todas nuestras dudas y durante la estancia para conocer que todo estaba bien. El alojamiento perfecto, tal cual más fotos. Lo mejor la zona exterior, con una gran piscina, tumbonas y mesa, barbacoa, barra, electrodomésticos…. Las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y gran amplitud para grupo de amigos y familia Ubicado en una urbanización de chalets a 10 minutos en coche de la playa del arenal y buen ubicado para moverse por las diferentes calas de Javea y alrededores 100% recomendable, nos ha encantado

Fantástica Villa para disfrutar del verano

Villa superbien preparada, con fantastica piscina, cocina de exterior con barra y comedor que da mucho juego, billar y jacuzzi, varias neveras y menaje de sobra. Perfecta comunicación con la anfitriona Monika y su contacto en España. Todo bien cuidado y comodo. Como únicas sugerencia falta un microondas y alguna cazuela mas para guisar, y parte de la instalacion electrica exterior esta hecha con enchufes britanicos. Detalles sobradamente compensados por el resto de detalles de la casa. Para repetir
