Belle villa avec piscine, 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, airco et bar piscine

Luxueuse villa décorée avec goût et très bien équipée localisée à Javea à quelques minutes en voiture des 4 plages (Costa Nova) avec vue sur la réserve naturelle de pins.
Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis sur la terrasse ou sur la piscine.
L'excellente luminosité de la villa, la terrasse naya ombragée, la pergola et les terrasses autour de la piscine vous permettront de passer un séjour détendu et avec l'intimité souhaitée même si vous l'occupez à 6 personnes. Vous pouvez diner à la piscine, sur la naya, profitez de l'espace lounge avec canapé extérieur pour 8 personnes et préparer le repas en utilisant la cuisine extérieure dotée du matériel nécessaire, frigo, plaque de cuisson ainsi que son bar au bord de la piscine. La villa est équipée de 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain en suite. Les lits sont de 160 cm pour les doubles et 80 cm pour les 2 lits simples. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un air-conditionné pour refroidir, chauffer ou déshumidifier et d'un ventilateur au plafond. Le jardin a des arbres fruitiers, orange et citron pour le déjeuner ou le cocktail. BBQ et matériel de jardin (lits de piscine, parasols, table basse,... ) en suffisance sont disponibles dans la villa.
La villa est grande et se compose d'une cuisine spacieuse complètement équipée et d'une table pour diner. Le living comprend un feu ouvert, des canapés pour 6 personnes et du matériel TV de haute qualité (42") smart TV permettant de visualiser des chaines françaises et anglaises. La villa est équipée de WIFI tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les lits sont prêts à l'arrivée et les serviettes bain sont disposées dans chaque chambre. Une chaise haute et un lit pour bébé à disposition gratuitement sur simple demande.
Il y a un carport pour 2 voiture dans la propriété, complètement clôturée et des places de parking à l'extérieur en suffisance.
La nouvelle chambre et salle de bain sera disponible pour les locations dès novembre 2023.

De septembre à mai:
1/ vous pouvez chauffer la piscine pour un cout de €170 par semaine. La température de la piscine sera de 27-28 degrés Celsius. Juste le bonheur!

2/ vous pouvez demander le chauffage central (en plus des aircos disponibles et du feu ouvert) pour €70 par semaine.

This is a superb villa. It is clean, tidy, comfortable with loads of outdoor space. It is only a short drive (less than 10 mins) to a lovely beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back. X

Highly recommend this villa! The outside area is a perfect oasis with pool and outdoor dining and seating. Perfect hosts and excellent communication and recommendations by Jean Luc! One of the best we have used on VRBO!

Great holiday location

Great stay, lovely surroundings and nice property. Pool was fab (suggest having the pool heated) superb air conditioning, and good facilities. Plenty of sun beds and loads of ground space. Would suggest bringing plenty of mozzi repellent for at 6pm around the pool!

Wonderful

Very nice villa - very high standard, one of the best villas we have stayed at in Javea. It was clean, comfortable and the external kitchen with bar is clearly a bonus. Garden and pool are well maintained - thank you for this very good villa.

Perfect family holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. The outdoor area was superb, with everything we could possibly need: a huge pool, plenty of seating areas, a BBQ, and a pool bar (my husband's favourite part!). The facilities in the villa were home from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was a lovely breakfast spot just a short walk away, and several supermarkets within a short drive. The local area has lots of beaches, bars, and restaurants to explore. It was an easy drive from Alicante airport, and the villa was simple to find using Google Maps. Communication from the host was spot on, really helpful throughout. We had a fantastic stay!

April Javea stay

Villa was perfect, as described. Outside area is phenomenal with outside kitchen and lovely pool area. Bedrooms large with very comfy beds, en suites to each room. Lovely area, close to beach and the shops. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Fantastic villa

We have just come back from a lovely week at El Castillo. The property is just lovely - very secure, peaceful and private. Total relaxation. The host Jean Luc was brilliant, very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We didn't want to leave!

Absolutely perfect!

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. It is very well equipped, the beds are comfy, the pool is a good size and everything was very clean. Everything you need is provided, area was easy to access. When we stayed excellent neighbours. Lovely pool, outside bar & bbq. Large relaxing area to sun bathe & shaded area. Good car parking.

All you could need or want in a villa

You will find all amenities you could want in this well located and very private villa. The pool and gardens are lovely and the villa is full of everything you could need to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Jean luc the owner is a pleasure to deal with and fully contactable should you need him. I strongly recommend this villa for a well priced, great value villa holiday.
