Luxury Villa El Castillo se encuentra en la tranquila zona de Costa Nova en Javea con fabulosas vistas a través de un grupo de pinos. El amplio y luminoso salón, el comedor y el dormitorio principal tienen puertas que dan a la espaciosa terraza donde se pueden disfrutar vistas espectaculares. El jardín tiene una barbacoa incorporada y cocina exterior totalmente equipada en la gran terraza y una hermosa piscina privada con total privacidad. Cocina totalmente equipada con una sala familiar y puertas dobles que conducen a una terraza abierta (Naya). Dormitorio principal doble con baño en-suite y puertas que dan a la terraza principal. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst hadden we geen warm water en het zwembad had niet de temperatuur die het zou moeten hebben. Maar meteen contact gehad met Jean Luc die op afstand instructies gaf, hoe we het op konden lossen. We hebben daarna heerlijk genoten. De villa ligt prachtig, heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een mooie tuin.

Das Platzangebot, die wirklich grosse Terrasse mit Garten und beheiztem Pool, waren einfach super. Die Zimmer wurden im modernenen Stil renoviert, was auch toll ist.

Perfect family holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. The outdoor area was superb, with everything we could possibly need: a huge pool, plenty of seating areas, a BBQ, and a pool bar (my husband's favourite part!). The facilities in the villa were home from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was a lovely breakfast spot just a short walk away, and several supermarkets within a short drive. The local area has lots of beaches, bars, and restaurants to explore. It was an easy drive from Alicante airport, and the villa was simple to find using Google Maps. Communication from the host was spot on, really helpful throughout. We had a fantastic stay!

A wonderful holiday

Many thanks to Jean Luc. We had a fantastic week here and can't fault it. The villa had everything we needed, and in a great location. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Summer Break

Ended up just being the two of us staying at the property, house was as described, comms with the owner were extremely easy, only downside was neighbours dogs barking a lot, some building works were going on, but that’s to be expected. Needed to get the pool attended to due to combination of building works and filter not working correctly, but was quickly and easily resolved only impacted one of the days. Air conditioning in one of the rooms seems to need some attention as doesn’t get cold, but others worked well, and as it was just the two of us we could swap rooms. Overall house was great, perfect location for shops and Javea centre.

Highly recommend

This is a superb villa. It is clean, tidy, comfortable with loads of outdoor space. It is only a short drive (less than 10 mins) to a lovely beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back. X

Belle villa au calme

Très belle villa avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille.La maison est dans un endroit calme, très beau et grand jardin avec une grande piscine qui fait la joie des enfants, coin cuisine, bbq, salon de jardin, ... Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances malgré la fraicheur pendant quelques jours . Aucun souci pour l'arrivée ni le départ (clés) . Les commerces et restaurants de Jávea sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture. Nous ne pouvons que recommander la maison et surtout la gentillesse, la disponibilité (même à distance :-) ) et la réactivité de notre propriétaire. Encore merci Jean-Luc. Famille Staelens

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dem Haus genossen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Frühstück auf der sonnenbeschienenen Terrasse und relaxen am beheizten Pool haben uns eine gute Zeit beschert. Weder einmal ein sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Chouette semaine à Javea

Semaine en bonne compagnie avec ma marraine et une amie dans une chouette villa . L’ extérieur de la villa est superbe avec tout se qu’il faut pour y passer un bon moment à plusieurs.Nous sommes restées majoritairement à l’extérieur vu le beau temps que nous avions . L’intérieur est agréable et les chambres très sympas je recommande l’endroit et le propriétaire est très sympa

Highly recommend this villa! The outside area is a perfect oasis with pool and outdoor dining and seating. Perfect hosts and excellent communication and recommendations by Jean Luc! One of the best we have used on VRBO!

Great holiday location

Great stay, lovely surroundings and nice property. Pool was fab (suggest having the pool heated) superb air conditioning, and good facilities. Plenty of sun beds and loads of ground space. Would suggest bringing plenty of mozzi repellent for at 6pm around the pool!

Nice property but needs money spending on it as it’s tired (especially two of bathrooms)

The location of the property is great and the communication was also spot on However the villa is dated and needs some money spending on it to justify the price charged. We have holiday homes and would not have rented it if we had known prior to booking. The two bathrooms have black mould in the grouting and around a much of the base which is unsightly, the fridges are beige and dated and not at all what we expected. The kitchen is well kitted out with pans and glass wear etc but no cleaning sprays, cloths or washing up liquid or dishwasher pods which we supply in abundance in each of ours! It has some great Restaurants nearby and the outside pool area was great.enjoyed out vacation in Javea but would not return to this villa.

séjour très agréable

la location se trouve tout près des plus belles plages. le propriétaire est très disponible et répond de suite à toute demande. la maison est fonctionnel et à l'abris des regards (aucun vis à vis). je recommande sans hésitation cette location afin de passer de bonne vacances en famille.

Fantastic villa

We have just come back from a lovely week at El Castillo. The property is just lovely - very secure, peaceful and private. Total relaxation. The host Jean Luc was brilliant, very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We didn't want to leave!

Lovely stay in beautiful villa

We had a great time at El Castillo. The villa was great for our party of 3 couples, each having their own separate area with bathroom. The pool is great and warm and we enjoyed sitting under the shaded canopy when the sun was hot. Lovely areas of seating for dinner and the outside kitchen is very useful. Taxis to town were not great as we had to book 2 for our party of 6 each time as they only provide a vehicle for 6 if going out of Javea. Had great meals at El Momento and Casa de la Pizzeria just down the road. Great trips to waterfalls, water park, Denia and Moraira. Jean is a great host and responds quickly. All in all a fantastic time.

Great villa in a great location

We have just returned from a family holiday with 3 generations of our family. The villa was excellent and well set up for outdoor eating and living. The pool was lovely with a great BBQ area and fridge. Inside the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were well proportioned and as described in the details. The location of the villa is excellent for reaching some lovely nearby towns including Javea, Moiraira and Denia. There was a beach within a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants. Lots of supermarkets nearby too. Overall the villa is really well thought out to cater for great outdoor living. You do need a car to travel to the local towns.

Wonderful second stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location, the layout and the outside space. It had everything we needed for a family with young children. The heated pool is lovely and there are plenty of spaces to dry out in the sun. This time we explored a bit and had a walk in the green zone behind the house. The outside space at the property is very private and surrounded by fruit trees and nature. We enjoyed watching the swallows and swifts from the veranda and found a baby praying mantis on one of the sun beds. A very relaxing place.

Quiet location for a restful holiday

We enjoyed our stay but just a few points need to be made. The furniture in the lounge needs replacing as it is worn and not very comfortable. The kitchen has everything one would need but the oven needs upgrading as it is old and not in the best condition. That being said we would certainly book this house again.

Villa was perfect, as described. Outside area is phenomenal with outside kitchen and lovely pool area. Bedrooms large with very comfy beds, en suites to each room. Lovely area, close to beach and the shops. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Amazing Villa

We are just back home after an amazing week with our 3 children. Jean Luc is an absolute amazing host with great communication before, during and after. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could ask for. It is extremely clean, well maintained with regular pool maintenance. It was extremely secure which gave us peace of mind with having 3 children in the house. Jean Luc arranged a restaurant booking for us at Oasis for my wife’s birthday which was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back next year. Carl

We live in Europa where we have 2 children. We are in early fifty with jobs in teaching and finance. We like to travel the world but still love Spain (climate, food and culture). We have made many friends in Javea since our first arrival in 1992 and have really fallen in love with the country.

It is our villa and the comfort is like our home - The area is very quiet in a residential area - A lot of spaces in the garden - completely closed and secured.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The villa is located in a quiet residential area whilst being only five minutes by car to all the activities of a lively beach resort. The pool is beautifull and full privacy, very comfortable sun beds for 6 people. Full privacy! There is a shady naya for alfresco dining with view to the green zone (pine trees) and the pool. This villa has been equipped as our own house and offers a new external kitchen close to the pool. Two sun umbrellas are available as well as a nice pergola with sofas for 9 people and table/chairs for 10 people.
