The Antonio López apartment is located in the southern area of Madrid, near Matadero. Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close by.

Situated on the banks of the Manzanares river, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a bike lane and space to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities, go for a walk, do sport, disconnect, with the Antonio López shopping centre, Matadero Museum, a space that houses contemporary shows and exhibitions right next door.

The apartment:
It is located in a building with a lift, on the top floor. It has a WiFi connection. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!
It has an area of 85 m², consists of three bedrooms, can accommodate seven people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The living room is an open space with a fresh decor, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.
The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles.

The main bedroom is very bright, has an external window and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with an external window, has two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed.

It has underfloor cooling and heating, an innovative system that avoids the need to use radiators and air conditioning units.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

The apartment has a large terrace with an automatic awning.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property.
