The large fenced garden features a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (open from May to September), a bocce court, and plenty of space to relax in the sun or under the stars, in total privacy.

The spacious living room, with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, is the perfect place for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and tableware.

🛏 Two cozy bedrooms (each with a TV) and two bathrooms with showers ensure space and privacy for all guests. Upon request, we can also provide a crib for young children.

We spent a lovely week at Lorella & her family’s beautiful house. Absolutely stunning view, great house with everything one needs, a beautiful garden with a large pool. Not our first time here and hopefully not the last either.

Absolutely beautiful stone villa up in the hills.The house was just perfect and the pool was great.I cannot say enough about the property and the owners.Lorella brought us fresh produce from her gardens and a bottle of outstanding local wine.Her son Lorenzo responded vert quickly to any questions and was super helpful.Very highly recommend this property

Perfect place in a stunning location

Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place in a stunning location. Everything was perfect: the house and pool are beautiful, the hosts are very kind, and there are many interesting sites and cities in the area to visit, as well as excellent restaurants and vineyards.

Fantastic views & lovely house

We spent a lovely week here. We were very happy with the house & pool as well as the location - amazing views. Lorella and her family were super kind hosts, leaving us fresh vegetables from their farm for example. We hope to return.

Our holiday in Umbertide was simply wonderful.The house was perfect – very well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The peaceful surroundings were heavenly, ideal for relaxing.Lorella gave us a very warm welcome. When we arrived, she had prepared a lovely welcome basket for us, so we didn’t have to go shopping right away – such a thoughtful gesture.Although Lorella speaks only a little English, her son communicates very well and was able to explain and show us everything in detail.We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this house and the hosts!During our stay, we went on many lovely day trips – although this would be difficult without a car, as the house is in a more remote area. But that peaceful location was exactly what made it so special!The pool was cleaned every morning, which we really appreciated. Lorella was incredibly kind and even gave us fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from her own garden – absolutely delicious!There are shopping opportunities in nearby Umbertide, about a 10-minute drive away. We especially recommend the Supermercato – it has everything you might need.The house, the garden, and the pool are maintained with a lot of care and love. Nothing was missing, and we felt right at home.All in all, it was the perfect holiday spot, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Brilliant! Again!

We enjoyed our first visit here we chose to return for our honeymoon. Lorella and her family are so warm and lovely, very welcoming and happy to offer advice about the property and surrounding area. The villa itself is beautiful. Sat on a small promontory on a larger hill/ridge, it has stunning views down and along a gorgeous valley. The pool is very large and very private - offering long days of catching sun and cooling off in the water. The kitchen is easy to use if you prefer self catering, with outdoor areas to sit in the sun or shade and eat whilst enjoying the amazing views. There are a number of restaurants within easy driving distance for eating out, and a number of shops in Umbertide (and one local shop just 3 minutes away) for stocking up on everything you need or may have forgotten to pack. Whether you’re looking to get out and explore Umbria/Tuscany or just stop for a spell and let your mind and body unwind (or a mixture of both) this is a wonderful place to stay and make some memories.

Stunning, relaxing, perfection!

Having spent 9 wonderful days in this Umbrian oasis I can say with certainty that the photos do not do the place justice. Lorella and her family were there to meet us and explain where everything is. They were so friendly and welcoming and were back to clean the pool each morning. Very responsive hosts and great to chat about the surrounding area and places to go. The house is sat atop a promontory on the side of a high ridge and has beautiful views all round and a surprising amount of land. The pool is huge and has wonderful views. It’s well placed to explore Umbria and Tuscany and there’s plenty of wildlife just in the garden areas including beautiful butterflies, violet bees and a resident jay. Wonderful selection of restaurants within east driving distance. We visited the towns of Gubbio, Montone (wow!) and Cortona (on hosts’ recommendation) and have come home determined to return! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Lorella and your wonderful family 🙏

Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr groß und toll. Die Familie war sehr nett und das Haus wirklich sauber. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hingehen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lorellas wunderschönem Haus in Umbrien sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft gelegen und angelegt, der Pool ist wirklich groß und wird von Lorella, ihrem Mann und ihrem Sohn Gregorio super sauber gehalten. Lorella produziert ihr eigenes fantastisches Olivenöl, im Begrüßungskorb war davon eine Flasche, wir haben dann auch noch ein wenig dazukaufen können. Uns war nicht ganz klar, dass Sauna und Whirlpool zusätzlich zu buchen/zu zahlen gewesen wären und sich beides nicht im Haus befindet, aufgrund des guten Wetters hat das aber absolut nichts ausgemacht.

Das Objekt liegt etwas abseits, wobei alle historischen Städte Umbriens innerhalb von 30 - 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Im Uebrigen perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Das Objekt ist bestens im Stand, die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und äusserst freundlich.

Wunderschön und Transparent

Es war einfach nur schön! Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% des Hauses, das Gras war grün und man konnte problemlos Barfuß unterwegs sein. Der Pool ist riesig und war einfach nur toll. Am Ankunftstag erwartete uns ein kleiner Korb mit Nudeln, Tomatensoße, Nutella, und kleinen Snacks, sodass wir erstmal nicht einkaufen mussten. Die Vermieterin Lorella war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem wunderschln!

Un endroit de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette belle maison très agréable, tout est prévu pour un séjour parfait et nous avons même reçu tout un panier de provisions dont une huile d.olives maison fantastique. Le jardin immense et la superbe piscine font face à une vue incroyable. La famille de Lorella travaille sur la propriété mais ils ont leur entrée à part et sont très discrets. Un lieu de rêve d’une tranquillité absolue. Seul bémol, il y a souvent du vent, parfois assez fort. Tout le reste est parfait.

Grandiose 2 Wochen

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist zu 100 Prozent zutreffend. Sowohl im Inneren des Hauses als auch außen steckt die Liebe im Detail. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wasser, Wein, Pasta und viele andere Leckereien, sodass wir den Einkauf der Lebensmittel bequem am nächsten Tag erledigen konnten. Wir haben Lorella und ihre Familie als überaus herzliche Menschen kennen gelernt, die uns auch einige super Städtetipps gegeben haben, womit wir das grüne und bergige Umbrien kennen und schätzen gelernt haben. Cortona und Gubbio sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Ein Highlight ist der herrliche Ausblick auf die Berge - egal von welchem Punkt auf dem Grundstück und zu welcher Tageszeit - wirklich grandios! Ein weiteres Highlight war für uns definitiv der Pool - wie im Bilderbuch. Vielen Dank an die Jungs von Lorella für die super Pflege. Die gesamte Anlage ist perfekt durchdacht und konzipiert und die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr hochwertig. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht und man fühlt sich sofort richtig wohl. Beim Spaziergang am Abend durch den Garten kann man die gemütliche Beleuchtung der Anlage auf sich wirken lassen. Wir sagen Grazie und Ciao, Matteo, Michael und Julia

Piccolo angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo posto magnifico con figli e amici. Ci hanno accolto Lorella e Marco con gentilezza e disponibilità estrema, la casa pulitissima e rifinita in ogni minimo dettaglio, come mai abbiamo trovato in una casa vacanze. La location è impagabile se si cerca tranquillità, il giardino ed il dehor sono molto curati. E la chicca che non ha prezzo è la piscina esclusiva con ombrelloni, sdraio, gazebo, doccia puliti giornalmente. Abbiamo trascorso giornate intere godendoci la privacy e aspettando il tramonto a bordo piscina. Tutti gli spazi sono perfetti sia per adulti che per bambini. Ci siamo commossi a dover lasciare questo piccolo angolo di paradiso. Grazie infinite Lorella e Marco per questa coccola che ci avete regalato, ci rivedremo sicuramente.

The most wonderful place

We have visited Italy many times but it is rare you find such a wonderful vacation home. Sweet and incredibly helpful hosts. A completely newly renovated high-quality house - tasteful and simple interior design. Very easy acces by car. Almost 360 degree views from the covered terrace and pool area. Huge, newly constructed pool with deckchairs, parasols and pergola with lounge furniture. Possibility to have fun with petanque and table tennis. A wonderful week in wonderful surroundings. Our warmest recommendations
