This newly renovated apartment in front-line beach complex offers sea views, excellent beach access and a south-west facing terrace maximising sun through the day. The property consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. The apartment interior has been updated and furnished with the aim of creating a feeling of space and light. The sunny terrace offers the option of an open fire or barbeque for al fresco dining. The apartment is situated in a quiet location between the lively Puerto de la Duquesa marina and the picturesque fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa, both accessible within a few minutes’ walk.The marina offers boat hire, fishing trips a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. The Castillo, once a Roman fishing village, has a fortress from the 1700's and more traditional Spanish restaurants. There a multiple beach bars "Chiringuitos" offering traditional seafood, all within a few minutes’ walk along the beach promenade.Golfers, walkers and beachgoers will be spoilt for choice between the world class golf courses, walking trails around the nearby mountain villages and blue flag beaches.

Great location, lovely apartment

This was our first time in Duquesa and we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was perfect for us and really well placed for bars and restaurants nearby in the marina and along the beach. We look forward to visiting the area again soon.

The apartment was in good position close to beach and port This apartment in our opinion was ideal for a few days but not good for a longer stay. We had to report to Costa Holidays that there was a terrible drain smell that filled apartment when doors and windows were closed this spoilt our stay.

i am sorry you had an issue with the darin but unfortunately, this isnt a matter we can solve as, as silly it may sound, when there is a lot of wind, the drain can smell a bit. we have clients in the apartment at present and there is no issue with it.

A peaceful location with direct access to the beach. The complex has a traditional Spanish feel with beautiful flowers. Easy access to the more lively port, or the more traditional Castillas or Sabinillas.

Location was perfect. 4 minutes fromMarina. View from balcony perfect. View was out to ocean. Facilities within apartment perfect. Hind Serrano and other staff members a pleasure to deal with. Definitely go back. Nothing I can think of. Keep up the high standards.

We liked most the perfect location and the the comfortable Apartment. The view from the terrace at the sea is wonderful! And the owner we met are very friendly. We had a very nice time there! The friendliness and the service from Costa!
