Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in one of the most popular gated communities in Estepona.
Amazing views of the sea, the harbor and the 2 swimming pools* (with lifeguards present during the summer season) located within the complex. Do like everyone else on the Costa del Sol - live outdoors on the large south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining area and sofa group.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.
Modern well-equipped kitchen, induction hob, double oven, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, refrigerator and filtered drinking water system. In the apartment you also got a baby cot and high chair. Smart TV with international channels, unlimited high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. You don't need a car, you can walk to everything. A private underground parking space with a lift to the apartment is included.
The apartment is a 3–5-minute walk from the picturesque fishing and marina of Estepona. There you will find a supermarket, many bars, restaurants, and live music venues. There are two beautiful sandy beaches almost on the doorstep, Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, the latter a quiet cove perfect for families. You can reach both within a 5–10-minute walk.
Stroll the promenade to reach the beautiful, whitewashed, and historic old town of Estepona. The whole town is decorated with colorful flowerpots and beautiful cobbled streets. There is a wide range of local and international restaurants, bars and shops.
There are many activities for families in the area: golf, paddling, gym, cycling, horse riding, water sports, hiking and more.
Very good connections with the coastal road A-7 and the motorway AP-7.
For your comfort, it is recommended to reserve the apartment one more night in case of early arrivals or late departures.
