Casa Noriko is a beautiful, two bedroom, two bathroom luxury penthouse with a big roof terrace, surrounded by magnificient gardens, sea and mountain views.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms that both have a tube. In addition to 4 beds within the bedrooms, the apartment has 2 additional foldable beds for optional use.

There is one balcony and two terraces. Both the terraces have a dining table with 8 chairs. There are 4 comfortable deck chairs on the big 100 m2 roof terrace. The views from the terraces are over to the sea, very well kept gardens and to the mountains.

The apartment has been refurbished during the spring 2016. The apartment has all new furniture, tableware for eight persons, laundry facilities, smart TV, bluetooth music speaker and wifi internet access.

Alzacaba Beach is a beachfront gated community with 24 hour security with beautiful gardens, 7 swimming pools (one heated, Casa Noriko is next to it), 6 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, grass football court, children playground, fitness room, Finnish sauna and a beach restaurant.

Tolles Apartment in phantastischer Umgebung. Wir waren zu zweit in diesem großzügigen Penthouse und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem, wenn auch die Matratze (Topper) etwas weich war. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen war grandios und Lage recht ruhig.
